The young guy who works there is a little too emotional for a real job, no wonder he works in a family business doing nails. He got offended because I questioned him when the price he gave me was different from the price his father gave me. He threw a bitch fit & called me a «cheap black b*tch» when I was just trying to get clarity. Then after I had already paid (before the completion of my nails), he refused to finish. So in other words, I was racially profiled & robbed. I paid for a service before it was completed (as I always did) & he wouldn’t give me my money back after refusing my service. Mind you, this is all because I asked him why his father charges me one prices & he charges me something completely different. Hopefully he changes his attitude soon because I’m not too sure how his retirement plan will look in the future for doing nails. Lol. Good luck with that attitude mister.

Horrible!!! I have never been so disappointed in a nail salon. I just moved to Houston and this place was close and the reviews were good so I went to check it out. First off the other reviews about free soda water wine… Not true, I was never offered. Plus service here is sooooo slow and staff is rude. And they don’t carry OPI which is one of the reasons I came here because I always wear same color and they tried matching the color and I wasnt satisfied but decided to try it for a day. Not to my surprise, I had a chipped nail less than 24 hrs later! So I went back and said I wasn’t satisfied with color either anyways and asked to just change it out. They said I would have to pay for another full service!!! I’ve never experienced this before, usually if someone is not satisfied they will gladly change it… Not here! Also, the vibe and energy here is awful … No ones happy, it’s slow paced, and you can tell they are talking about you in their language. Very uncomfortable. So now They took off my polish since it was chipped and I’m leaving with nothing on my nails. Glad I paid for this!!! Don’t go here!

First time here ! And I loved it, very nice, clean place. I got powder color nails and he did it exactly how I wanted and good price also. I will definitely be coming back !

Found this place while driving by… and fell in love! Everyone was so attentive and I even had a glass of white zinfendale! I live way out in the Woodlands area and will do the drive every 2 weeks for services… Love them!

Just moved to Houston and needed a new pedi place. This was my first time there and I’m hooked! Free soda, water, wine and wifi. Great prices and amazingly friendly.

I was searching for a new nail salon in my area and stumbled upon this place based on reviews. I normally don’t get my nails done, but it was for my sister’s wedding. I regret coming here, however the place is small and quaint and very clean. The massage chairs seemed fairly new and comfortable. I got a mani pedi french and had two ladies working on my nails. The younger one seemed to still be learning, she had long hair. As she cleaned my nails, she punctured one finger and it was irritated for a good week. Also, as they kept asking me to see if I was satisfied with my nails which I appreciated, I found mistakes like small hairs from the nail polish brush. They also didn’t scrub my feet as much as I needed. They do have specials, like 10% off new customers.

This place is small, clean and nicely decorated. They use the sterilized pack of tools and they have a good assortment of OPI and Essie colors. There are only about 5 pedicure spa chairs and when I arrived after work there were only 2 ladies working. Luckily, I didn’t have to wait. My manicurist was polite and speedy. Regular manicure in 20 minutes for $ 12.

I will not go to another place again. Kim has been doing my nails, and she is so thorough with her work. This place is friendly, clean and comfortable. I have been to other places, but this one has been one that I love so much. Prices are great also! They have never done a bad job on me! Always a fantastic job. If you want Kim to so your nails, call ahead and make an appointment.

I been go this salon for years. They are very good services, friendly with good price. If you live in jersey village I highly recommend you come this salon.
