Eye site

I came here (today actually) with my husband for our annual eye exam and to pick out some new frames. The whole experience was wonderful and exactly how I wanted our exam to go. I picked this place because they provide Zeiss lenses, location was convenient, parking was easy and they took my vision insurance (VSP).
The appointment started right on time and Christina (Kristina?) was so friendly and efficient at performing those tests they do before you see the doctor. She was even able to distract my husband long enough so that she got that puff of air in his eye on the first try (normally it takes him at least 10 tries to get that test completed). She also helped us pick out glasses after our exam and was really helpful finding frames that would fit and stay on my flat face. I liked how she didn’t push us to buy anything unnecessary like some other places might.
For our exam we met with Dr. Pham and he was really nice and I felt like he explained everything about our exam and the health of our eyes clearly and concisely. I felt like everything about the exam was very efficient (which I like) but at the same time we weren’t rushed and Dr. Pham would make sure we had the chance to ask any questions.
As long as we don’t move far away we’ll definitely be back here next year (or sooner if something happens to my new glasses).

Since I have moved to Houston, I have been dreading the day that I would need to find another ophthalmologist’s office as I have sworn by the doctor that I go to back home. It’s difficult for me to hand over the reigns to another doctor in regards to my physical health.
Anyway enough about my control issues, I was due for my annual eye exam when I stumbled across this office in the vast list on
. I thought that since it was in the Town & Country area, it would be a reputable facility and booked my appointment I believe on a Wednesday and was able to schedule for an appointment Saturday morning. The receptionist that helped me over the phone was able to check my insurance quickly and thoroughly and was able to tell me how much I would need to pay in advance. I also appreciated the fact that I received a phone call reminder the day before my appointment.
Now onto the actual visit. I had come about 5 minutes early with my paperwork filled out thanks to the forms found online and was quickly seen within 5 minutes of signing some extra documents regarding my insurance and payment. The tech that was working was knowledgeable and friendly, letting me know what she was doing step-​by-​step. After all the formalities were done, I was seen by Dr. Pham, who was articulate in explaining the processes of certain tests and what types of contacts I would be interested in. In no way did I feel lost or confused at any point in the conversation that I had with the doctor. He was able to put everything in layman’s terms that was easy to understand and follow.
I had thoroughly enjoyed my office visit to this location and would recommend this place to those who are unsure of where to go in regards to finding a new ophthalmologist or even just because their current doctor isn’t quite satisfactory. Great location, knowledgeable staff and a friendly atmosphere!

This was my first time to visit Eye Site. I found the front desk people very friendly and welcoming. Dr Henderson was awesome. I love it when any service provider goes into detail about what they see, why they’re performing certain tests, etc.
She explained things very well and told me what she saw and why she can tell I have dry eyes. I will definitely come back here for future exams.

I’ve moved around a lot, and thus have never stayed with an optometrist for very long. Nice customer service and appropriate décor inside. They even offered me a beverage while I was waiting for my eyes to dilate, which was a nice touch.

Eye Site — Town and Country is awesome. I really liked the service and the assistants were really nice. I’ll definitely recommend Eye Site to friends!
