I have not used their services yet but checked in here when I was at Greenspoint mall buying some lunch. I have a few pairs of heels I want to get fixed so when I bring those in I will update my review.

Very nice job both on shoes as well as on alterations!
I asked to cut my long sleeves into a short sleeves, it looks like I bought it short sleeved. They did an amazing fix on my prom dress too. I’m tall but when I buy dress of my height, the chest size is always too big on me, but now i don’t have to worry about such thing when I buy dresses anymore.
Same for shoes. heels tips/​changing shoe color/​cutting down heels/​worn out bottoms and soles. they can do anything. you ask, they can do it. if it’s hard, they’ll warn you but the result is very satisfying still.
They are extremely hospitable and welcoming. they have many old customers cuz they make friends with they’re customers. some of them are so close that they bring them gifts when they come/​visit.
