Expectation Ultrasound Studio

I went here back in Feb. with my parents, sister & best friend. This by far was the worse 3d ultrasound experience I have ever had!!! They cheat your time, Groupon deal stated that it’s a 30 – 40 minutes session. It was no where close to 30 minutes let alone 40! It took 5 minutes to get started & durning the session the lady took another 5+ minutes to go & get me a cup of cold water! Seriously? 5 minutes just to go get water? It’s not like their office is big, very small actually. They just have 1 room for ultrasound. So as you can see, 10 minutes didn’t go into the session of viewing my baby. She was also rushing the entire session! This is my 3^rd pregnancies & I’ve been to a few 3d/​4d ultrasound place. Since we moved, they were the closest. My biggest mistake! Even with the discount on Groupon, it was still a waste of time & money. My entire recorded session was about 18 minutes & some seconds!!! What a rip off!!! I was 28 ½ weeks when I went & their recommend weeks was 26+, but the quality of the video & pictures was horrible!!! I went back to the place I been going to with my other 2 pregnancies! Even if it’s a 40 min. drive, it will be worth it! FYI: there’s also deal on LivingSocial for the same price & I regret not giving them a try, this place & the one on LivingSocial is only 10 – 12 min. away. I wish there was a zero star because they don’t even deserve a 1 star!!!
I left them this review in March 2015 when they still under the old location address, thought I would leave one for this location since it was the location I went to.
Their price on groupon went up but instead of 30 – 40 min. session, it’s now only 30 min., they even stated in the groupon at the very bottom «DVD of the 4D session may not cover the entire ultrasound experience and may be less than 30-​minutes.» I guess that’s how they cover themselves… incase people complaint. But in their groupon highlights description stated «Still images and moving, 3D video taken during 30– to 40-​minute sessions acquaint parents-​to-​be with their babies» but the deal description only stated 30 min.
So I suggest do your research & read all the fine print.

I purchased a groupon, I would recommend this place for someone on a tight budget, if you can come up with an extra $ 50 or so I would definitely look into other places. We walked into a very small waiting room with no one to greet us or let us know anyone would be with us 40 minutes later. With that being said we were taken in for our appointment 20 minutes late… Also understandable as I know ultrasounds can be tricky and sometimes take more than the allotted time. The ultrasound room was big, there were couches and space for about 7 – 8 people to sit comfortably, one thing I didn’t appreciate about the room was I had some close male family members come for the viewing and the table she does the ultrasound on is basically in front of everyone so a little awkward to pull your pants down to your pubic bone area in front of all these people, they should really invest in a room divider =/​so don’t bring anyone in that may you may feel awkward in front of. My appointment was cut extremely short because like most babies mine was asleep. The tech tried for roughly 5 minutes to wake her up and by this I mean she told me to poke at my belly, play music on my phone and shove the speaker into my belly, So of course they rescheduled an appointment since we didn’t get to see baby. My final appointment she again didn’t get too many good pictures. What she was able to get she recorded the same snip over and over on the dvd to make it a 30 minute long video. Overall this was a groupon purchase… but it was still $ 90 and I felt like it wasn’t worth it at all.
