Usually on time or early to pick up but ALWAYS late to collect from airport (maybe they think everybody’s got luggage and will be delayed waiting for it… But most use excelsior for business and most business travellers don’t have luggage). In my experience nearly every car is really old and tatty … Exception rather than rule to get a nice ride. Will always use to go to airport as they’re so reliable but recommend you grab a taxi back from airport — easier than hanging around waiting
