I decided to try a Brazilian wax for the first time, what an experience ha! Katie was awesome! She explained the whole process as we went along. All in all a great experience and already booked my next appointment with Katie!

I started at this location because they had an immediate opening when my normal location did not. Afshan has been my specialist ever since. The time always seems to fly by because we are always chatting like two girlfriends from high school catching up every four weeks. Because her eyebrows were so beautiful, I even canceled my threading contract and began letting her wax my eyebrows as well… Waxing is a pain but Afshan makes me easy.

I love, love Cartier! From the very first time she did my services she has always put me at ease.

The price is reasonable and the first time I went I was using a coupon. Each girl is different (so I’m told). She didn’t get a lot of the hair and didn’t tweeze afterwards. I asked if that wasn’t custom (cause I’m used to tweeting after the initial wax) and they said you have to ask for it and each person is different. So, I decided to try them again and asked for a different girl. I told her to tweeze and she did after she was done. She did a good job and I didn’t have to do much of anything when I got home. I will go back again. The first girl pushed hard to sell me product and the second girl didn’t. I dont like pressure sales and was glad the second girl just did the wax and didn’t try to talk me into a bunch of crap.

I had a fantastic waxing experience (Brazilian) with Lo. She is super sweet, easy to talk to, compassionate, and considerate. Her friendly conversation made the time pass by very quickly, and it was more like hanging out with a girlfriend than having a stranger in my very personal space. The facilities are clean, professional, and private. Very much like a high end hair salon. This facility uses hard wax, which is a much easier process. Tweezing is done after waxing to ensure strays are cleaned up. The online scheduling tool is super convenient, and they were more than understanding when I had to reschedule due to a meeting that just popped up on me. Prices might be a little above industry standard, but they are always running specials, and I do not want to go cheap on when getting a Brazilian. Be sure to always be punctual, as they have a nine minute late policy or your appointment is released for walk-​ins.
I would gladly recommend this location in Vintage Park and Lo as a technician. I will definitely be seeing her regularly.

I moved from NY to Houston, and needed a Brazilian Wax. I found European Wax Center online (never been to one). Called them for more information, made an appointment and showed up. Lo did my wax, and she’s super friendly and social. Never made any awkward moments. Another good thing about this place, they use hard wax. I always used hard wax in NY, I failed to ask if they did the same here. Luckily I stumbled on this place. Coming back next month for repeat.

This was my first time getting Waxed and I was super nervous. Lo did my wax and she made me feel super comfortable and she did an amazing job. There was minimum pain. I got my wax 50% off for being a new customer but the prices are reasonable regardless. I will definitely come back when needed.

I made an apointment over the website at first then called by phone to change the time. They didn’t give me a hard time even though I was extremely indecisive so for that I thank them for their patience. I asked for Laura since my friend recommended me her. Totally didn’t regret my decision First time getting a Brazilian and Laura was very professional and friendly. Made me feel at ease and comfortable. She talked me through every step of the way. Felt a little awkward and that’s normal since you’re exposing yourself to a complete stranger lol But thank you Laura for the pleasant experience! Will be back for sure :)
Oh and they’re definitely sanitary. That was one of my biggest fears. Hearing horror stories about diseases and such. Don’t worry ladies. They only dip once and throw the stick away ;)

Went here for my 21^st (¹⁰⁄₂₅) for my first brizillian and eyebrows and I had a really great experience. I booked online through my phone; which was very simple. I even called to make sure it went through and it did so that was very handy. I didn’t have to wait to long for my appointment either. I came early. The wax that they use is this nice warm thick purple consistency and felt very good going on, not too hot. The lady went through it really quickly and didn’t hurt as bad as I thought it would. She was very experienced and educated and told me which parts will be more tender then other areas and she was very right. The station was very clean and she was as well. It last for awhile and I was very smooth. She said I should come back in a month or two depending, but I actually needed to go back by month 3. So I was pleased.

So this was my first time going and I had a wonderful experience for both my Brazilian and Eyebrow Wax. I had never gotten a Brazilian Wax before today and although it did hurt a little, my technician, Cartier, was amazing! She was really sweet and very knowledgeable about both my eyebrows and getting my first Brazilian! I’m definitely a fan and will be returning there in the future for both my Eyebrows and another Brazilian. Book Cartier! Place was also very clean and in a nice area.

My first time at this specific location. I saw good reviews on Lauren so I booked her for brazilian. She was GREAT! Conversational, quick, I recommend her!!! Great experience! Very nice front desk receptionist also, clean facility.
UPDATE: I have also been seeing Dairin, she is also amazing!
Definitely recommend Lauren or Dairin.

I was a little nervous going in after reading the reviews but I am glad I gave them a try anyway.
I made an appointment online for an eyebrow wax, I was taken to the room within a couple minutes. The technician, Cartier, did not say much and I was little nervous so I gave her a little bit of instructions, I was afraid she was going to do whatever she pleased. After she brushed my eyebrows and trimmed them up she handed me the mirror and gave me excellent advice on what I should do to them, they were in bad shape when I walked in. She was so smart and so informative. I am so happy with the service, I cannot say enough good things about her! Cartier knows what she is doing!

I’ve been going to EWC for a while now and there is no one better than LAUREN! She makes you feel immediately at ease, makes me laugh and is (most importantly) FAST! I’ve been waxing for a long time and anyone will tell you there is nothing more painful than someone who doesn’t pull or pluck fast enough. She pays attention to every little detail, takes the time to learn how your hair grows and has you leaving feeling like a million bucks. She did my first leg and bikini wax and had me laughing so hard all the way through that the time flew by. I highly recommend Lauren to any first timer or seasoned waxer. There is NO ONE better!

I was a walk in, never had been before. The reception area is very nice, the room for the waxing is also very nice, clean and private.
Obviously waxing is not the most painless experience, but this was as painless as possible.
I already bought my next nine appointments and got three free!
