I Recently moved from San Diego. In the lat 4 months I’ve tried three different nail salons and all have disappointed me… my shellac mani has chipped within a week at one and the other left shellac all over my fingers. I came in to eternity nail and spa to see if I could FINALLY find a salon I could call home for the next three years. My first time there they had been open for only about a week… I think the owner did my mani. To start off: The mani took longer than most shellac manis take… but I was EXTREMELYPLEASED with the quality of the polish and the mani itself looked amazing! The owner seemed to be very knowledgable and even went as far as to explain to me that different drying times with different brands affected how long the mani would last!(Who knew?). They were offering the 20% off and even with that I found it a little pricey… but at the end of the day u get what u pay for so it was worth it! The second time I went… I got shellac mani again and this time included a pedi. My shellac mani again left me very satisfied even tho someone else did it… There is no polish on my actual finger and the application of the shellac was neat. This time I didn’t take too long with it either as I was done with the mani before the pedi even finished. The pedicure on the other hand could have been a little more in depth… the hot stone massage is always amazeballs but it would have been way better if it actually lasted the ten minutes it was supposed to! Overall I paid $ 53 for a shellac express mani and a classic spa pedicure.(The cheapest ones they have) so far this is my fav place to get my mani but I’m not sure about the pedi. I think they need to work on décor and comfort. Having just opened about a month ago they seem to be lacking in supplies in general… more variety of polish choices would be the next best thing! And maybe a flat screen in front of all the pedi chairs? The three stars is only because I’m not too sure I love them quite yet although they give the best mani in a 2 mile radius… it’s a little pricey for the lack of luxury and comfort they have… But like I said u get what u pay for they also have a loyalty card so make sure u get a stamp every time u go!

I came in because of a sign for their grand opening. Offered 20% off any of their services. I opted for a Classic Pedicure, $ 31 but manageable with the discount, and was very satisfied with the service. Kany was my technician, and she did a wonderful job. She constantly made sure I was comfortable and enjoying the pedicure, which was very thorough. Not only did it include the usual parts of a pedicure, but it included a great massage with a scrub as well as a hot stone massage on the calves and feet. While I really did enjoy the pedicure and service, I have to give four stars because the price is just a tad high for me. I also think they could use the staff a bit more efficiently, as there were only a few clients when I walked in but still had to wait ten minutes or so. If I’ve saved enough money, and if I haven’t found a better, cheaper salon in the area, I would go back.

I wanted to try this place out primarily because of the location. I arrived at 10:20 on a Saturday morning. They open at 10. For the first 5 minutes I stood at the counter and there was not a single worker in sight. Then someone came out(she was getting stuff for the pedicure that she was currently working on in the back). She informed me that ALL of the other workers were running late so she was the only one and it would be about a 15 minute wait. I told her I had to be out of there no later than 11:30 so how long would a refill on my nails take when they came… She said no more than 30 minutes. I figured even with waiting a bit that still left me plenty of time so I waited. As I was waiting they sent 6 other guests away that were all walk-ins but there were no employees so they just all left. Finally another employee shows up at 10:45… Still leaving me 45 minutes and I told her again how I was in a hurry. I ended up leaving at 12:15 with the worst nails ever. That also cost me over $ 40… Seriously? That was with the 20% off for your first time coming into the salon. I couldn’t believe that they are a new business trying to reel people in with the 20% off and then not even have but 3 employees working for a Saturday, which is usually the busiest day! And 2 employees showed up 45 minutes after they opened. I doubt they’ll stay open for long. I was so disappointed. I will not be returning.
