The service here was good, but it is very expensive. $ 70 for 8 articles of clothing– about the same as MW Cleaners. I’m not sure why anyone would pay those prices.

They ripped my shirt when cleaning it and continued to say it was wear and tear. The shirt was torn though in two different places down the sleeve. They said they would look into it but then I had to keep calling them until they just told me exactly what they said when I first brought my shirt back to them. I will not be going back.

Who can afford this place and why would anyone pay these prices? We’ve used Esquire twice; the first time we were fortunate to have a coupon but had to ask if it had been applied when we got the total(unfortunately, it had). Tried them again and just picked up our items today — 6 pieces, all dry clean, $ 45. Over $ 7 each item, really? Yes, really. And they’re not even friendly. We won’t be back.

This review is just for my boyfriend’s dress shirts. We always are happy with how they turn out and the price point is good. He gets them cleaned and pressed, and he’s always gotten his shirts back when promised. I will have to update if I ever give them one of my own shirts.

I asked them for a price list and they said they don’t have any to give to customers. The lady really couldn’t tell me how much I was charged for my items. They have coupons online, but without the standard price list, you don’t know if you’re getting a discount or not. I asked them to fix a button and press a shirt, and instead, they dry cleaned it and didn’t fix the button. I won’t be going back. Stay away.

I used this dry cleaner because it was convenient and I had some coupons! Quality and price were nothing out of the ordinary and were just fine. When I went to pick up all of my things were there except one item was missing which I was a little upset about. Apparently it was on a truck somewhere but the manager took my phone number and expected to have it in the next day and would call me to confirm when it was there. I never got a call. When I came in to check she gave it to me without any«sorry for the inconvenience» which would have been nice but oh well. These things happen but other than that, it was OK.
