Enterprise Rent-A-Car

When my parents car broke down we were in disparate need to rent a car and since we have never rented a car before Joshua Brol the Assistant Manager made it very easy and explained everything we needed in order for my parents to rent a car. Glad to say Joshua was very professional and gained customers for a lifetime. Thanks Josh!

I was recently in a car accident and I was in need of a rental while my car was being fixed. I initially had a reservation at the Washington Ave location however when I called to tell them I was on the way to pick up a car they informed me that although I had a reservation, they had no car for me and that I could come in the following day after 12pm to get a car. At that point I started calling other locations. When I got a hold of the Bingle location the young lady was very nice and helpful in procuring a car for me. I walked away with the impression that she cared and really was trying to make up for the Washington location that burned me.
Picking up the car and dropping it off once my car was repaired was super easy. I would highly recommend this location to anyone needing a car.

I have used this facility many times in the past, and have already written a review, however, because no matter who is in charge or who is working that day, I consistently receive absolutely superior service.

Miranda and Josh provided such great customer service during our experience with Enterprise. We needed a rental while our car was being repaired and it was a very easy and smooth process. I definitely recommend this location.

These guys rock! Always friendly and efficient. I’ve never had any problems with them; even after about 20 rentals!

The driver who picked me up and the lady behind the counter were both exceptional and well-​mannered.
They also were able to upgrade me free of charge as they had a new vehicle that had just come in.
When I dropped off the Dodge Charger two weeks later, she was very busy handling multiple customers, yet stayed very professional.
I will use their service again.

This was my 4^th place to call and they actually said they had cars available this morning. I made a reservation and said I would be there in 30 minutes. My husband drops me off and they tell me there are no cars available. I explained I specifically verified on the phone that I needed a car in 30 minutes. They said the call center booked it and cannot see what cars are available. Then why would the call center book anything? All she said was sorry and that she did not have a car until after noon. She did nothing to help me. I had to call my husband to pick me back up and now my day is all behind schedule. This was a horrible experience!

I would give negative five stars if I could for this awful establishment. I called around Houston looking for a rental car. After the storm this weekend no one had anything but this place was adamant and certain about having cars available so we made a reservation and came. We showed up and even tho they found our reservation they said it was a mistake and that they had nothing available-​completely unapologetic and even condescending as if we should have known bc no cars anywhere were currently available. Long story short, they screwed up big time which ended up taking 4 hours out of our day and did not only not apologize, but made us feel like we were at fault. Luckily there was one worker, Andres Hurtado, probably the only reason that location is still in business, who was extremely kind and helpful and was able to find a location that actually did have a car and set it up for us. If it wasn’t for him I probably would have just taken public transportation rather than giving business to that place. Never going back and neither should you!

I called at the last minute due to car trouble. The Enterprise staff were awesome. A young Hispanic man, I think his name was Andrus, was the best. I forgot my keys, my license, I was a mess. but he stayed calm and made everything smooth.
I am a long time Enterprise customer and I will continue to use Enterprise, but now I know the Bingle location is now on my iist.

I have rented cars from here several times and every staff member has been very professional. Excellent customer service even during busy times. I would recommend this location (over some of the others that I have been to) to anyone needing to rent a car. Great team — keep up the good work!

I travel often and have used Enterprise as well as some of the other rental companies. This Enterprise location definitely ranks number one above all of my other experiences for first class service, friendly staff and attention to detail. They go above and beyond to make sure that you have a perfect rental experience. I will go back to this location even though it is not the most convenient to my home or work simply because they went above and beyond to make sure that I had the perfect rental experience with minimum disruption to my normal life.

Great service! I’ve gotten all of my rentals from this location. They are really helpful on the phone and are fun and nice in person as well.

Enterprises pretty much are consistent in their policies, prices and procedures so it’s hard to find a branch that stands out. This one does.
The staff here is friendly and very accommodating. I had the pleasure of being helped by Hannah and Scott who did excellent customer service. They are always smiling and conservative. Hannah is apparently an ‘intern’. She is a great asset to the branch and works extremely well. I didn’t catch the name of the lady who washes the cars, but she is cool.
The only ‘concern’ I had was the pricing.
I rented a Toyota Corrolla from ⁷⁄₁ to ⁷⁄₁₃ and I paid $ 330. (5 weekend days, 1 holiday, 7 week days)
I rented a Nissan Altima from ⁷⁄₁₅ to ⁸⁄₄ and I paid $ 925 (7 weekend days, 13 week days) and the difference because it’s a bigger vehicle.
I was hoping something could have been done. Considering the Enterprise website said I could have rented a Nissan Altima for a WHOLE month for $ 956 including tax.
Of course, I never expected to rent cars for a whole month, I was dealing with some poor mechanics.
The minor concern was that I wasn’t given a courtesy ‘heads up’ when they charged me for another week of rental. They’ve called me with a warning the week prior. Luckily, my bank released my direct deposit funds 3 days early to cover it or they would have overdrafted me. Of course, charging me without warning is in their fine print and i guess ‘common sense’. lol
All in all, this is a great place to rent a car if you have established times of when you will return the car (ie vacation or trip). This may not be the best place to go if you are dealing with mechanics and/​or don’t know when you’ll return the car back.

This place is great. The manager, Scott, is very helpful and did his best to help me with any questions I had. I would definitely come back here again to rent their cars.
