Empire Collision

I only gave one star because the paint job done on my car was superb but I don’t even think it was done here but since I’m not sure I will give credit for that and ONLY that. This was the WORST mistake I made. Bringing my car here after an accident has turned into an end of summer nightmare. Between the lack of communication (or should I say NO communication) and the fact that I had to go and get an alignment myself because it was NEVER done, I completely despise this place!!! The «manager» that I’ve been dealing with is condescending, and completely nonchalant when it comes to my concerns and seems to only care about the money from the insurance company not the fact that it’s now been a month and I’m STILL dealing with issues from an accident. Needless to say I’m irate and fed up with this place and pray that I never have to deal with them again after this week. In summary… DO NOT allow a tow truck driver to bring you here. You will certainly regret it!

Here you have everything you are looking for in collision repair: great service, friendly people, excellent craftsmanship, very good price and they replaced and painted my crumpled bumper quickly and on my schedule. I could not be happier. Thanks to Carlos and his amazing team!

My car was supposed to be in the shop for 7 – 10 days. It took 15. I understand there are circumstances where these things may take longer but the fact that every time I called I was told something different about the status of my car is why I rate them so low. They didn’t seem to know what they were doing or what they were talking about. Also I was told to pick up my car, showed up, and it wasn’t ready. And once I actually got it back it wasn’t fully repaired –_–

I absolutely love this body shop! They are amazing and they do nothing but amazing work! They take care of you and your car and they never turn you down and never turn you away. They truly keep you informed and are the most amazing group of people to work with. From the workers working on the car to the people in the office to the wreckers they are all amazing. I love empire collision and would never go anywhere else to fix my car. Thank you empire for everything!
