Emerson Rose is my absolute favorite boutique in the Heights. They have high quality items at every price point It’s a challenge to go into the store and find something you can’t live without! I recommend Emerson Rose to anyone looking for that special outfit or a unique gift for a friend!

Amazing store in the Heights! Cutest jewelry and clothes. Very unique items that you won’t find just anywhere and the perfect place for gift buying. Also, the staff is always extremely helpful and sweet. Highly recommend stopping by!

Cute little shop. Prices are moderate. You can find reasonable items. Wish they had more sizes in some of their clothing– the small and XS run out quickly.

I am or rather, was, a regular shopper at this little boutique. I don’t know if I will every go back. I had been eyeing these gorgeous black leather wedge booties for weeks and finally tried them on. They fit well. I asked the owner, who had a pair herself, if they were comfortable. She said an affirmative yes and since she had never steered me wrong before, I bought them. I wore them less than an hour on carpet and they destroyed my feet to the point that I had to go barefoot for a day. I never hurt so bad in my entire life. I had bruising on my feet! So I went back in and explained to them what happened and wanted to see if I could at least exchange. The sales clerk and a women who identified herself as the shop owners mother said the shop owner was not in, but it looked like to her I had just chosen them wrong that it was my fault and I had ill-​fitted the shoes myself. I guess I was just shocked. I have spent thousands of dollars in this store. She informed me that they would not exchange and was extremely curt with me. I followed up with their Facebook page and received no response. I am giving them 1 star because at least they USED to be my favorite store. Not sure what happened.

A new addition to the shopping on 19^th. I like when I can find things I’ve never seen in other shops, and it isn’t $ 300. The prices aren’t cheap, but the things that can be found inside are hand picked. You can tell the person who owns or shops for the place has a great eye for detail and style. I found some super cute earrings that you can initial each ear whatever you want. Very reasonable, and two gold necklaces that were dainty, but will get a lot of use. They had quite a bit of the denim hippy, hand stitched stuff, which fits the Heights consumer. They had a ton of very stylish jewelry that I would wear. Lots of dresses, shorts, and thoughtful things I would give my girlfriends for gifts. Very friendly helpful staff! Def. worth a stop in!

Emerson Rose is such a charming, more contemporary addition to the heights shops and I am so happy I stumbled upon it! From unique jewelry, to beaded clutches, to rifle paper co products, this store is just about as cute as it’s owner Bonnie — she’s a doll!
I love that she’s always willing to share the backstory of a lot of the products she has in her store and offer her advice on what looks good.
I’m usually a sucker for statement necklaces and I’ve picked up a few great ones for about $ 10 — $ 20… WAY more reasonably priced than a lot of other Houston boutiques!
Next time your taking a 19^th street stroll stop in to treat yourself to some great stuff! You won’t regret it :)
