I have used Embark since 2005 or so. They always come out on time and use a degreed arborist to discuss what they feel needs to be done and makes their recommendations while taking into consideration the look I am trying to achieve. The crew comes at the appointed time, does their work, and cleans up. I have recommended them to 4 other families, and all have been very pleased with their work.

I was most disappointed! Steve is certainly not a professional guy. The only time he was on time was the estimate visit. After that, I signed and faxed the proposal, no response! Called a few times and and let him know my availabilities in advance, again no response! The lady who answers the calls is a very nice person, i must admit. Even though she understood how disappointed I was, she handled me fine and made him call back and he said he cannot schedule me at those days because he has bigger jobs and mine was minor! Tree trimming and treatment around $ 750. He never even apologized that he hasn’t returned my calls and very arrogantly told me if it works for me that is all he can offer. I was stunned! Very poor professionalism.
