The place is great it’s close and convenient for me. The the ladies that did my shellac manicure and pedicure did an awesome job. She paid attention to detail. The only reason I didn’t rate this place a 5 stars is because next door was a cell phone shop. It was loud and noisy when I was trying to get some «me» time and relax.

They have all these things posted on the window and they CANNOT provide the services they are advertising!!! I should’ve known they would not know how to thread eyebrows when I walked in, everyone was Asian and she kept trying to convince me to get them «waxed» despite the fact I asked for «threading.» She then began to pluck them with tweezers. When your eyebrows are threaded, there is no need for tweezers. I should’ve known better when I noticed the sign was spelled wrong.

Clean and classy salon with soothing ambiance/​atmosphere. Just like any Vietnamese nail salon you must be clear in what you want. I am picky and don’t want cuticles cut, no harmful buffing to my nail bed, and want a Gelish manicure using LED light not regular UV. They didn’t have the light and used a super-​hot CND UV so that was kind of annoying and they used Shellac for French tip instead of gelish brand so the cure time took minutes instead of seconds. Also filed my nails too square so I had to fix myself, but all in all the nails look nice and most people would enjoy their service. The arm/​hand and neck massage was nice too. Pedicure chairs looked comfy.

Second trip back to Elegant Nails and I continue to glow about their service. Upgrade to the delux mani/​pedi — trust me, you won’t be disappointed!
