Edge Condominium

The units are nice but the condo owners association is not.
The condo owners association is unstable.
The financial health of the condo owners association is questionable.
The management company responsible for maintenance changed several times during the time when I resided here. Some of the management companies did not address maintenance issues in a timely manner.
The gym is often not well-​maintained. Gym equipment often breaks down and is not serviced in a timely fashion.
I would not invest 200 – 300 in a condo here.
Also, Midtown development is somewhat arrested. This particular pocket of midtown (Gray and Bagby) is not a very happening area.
My advice — look for a condo around Westheimer and Montrose.

I have lived here for 3 years now and really love this place. Since Midtown has had a recent resurgence, this place has become an even better location for Houston. With the drasctic changes to Bagby (becoming the 1^st «Green Road» in Texas) and the addition of Blackfinn, the property values here should be increasing in the coming years.
