I went to Dr. Jennifer Chen to get my teeth straightened and greatly regret it. I wanted to do only my top teeth, but she convinced me to add the bottom teeth also. She only succeeded in making my bottom teeth worse with larger gaps in my teeth. They are also worse because one is higher than the others. She cut my teeth so and after 4 months of work she said she cant fix them because my roots are not straight. If that is true why didn’t she know that from the x-​rays before she started? She gets you to pay more every time and keeps saying she can fix the problem. I think she is just trying to get more money and hasn’t fixed anything. I think she uses cheap plastic braces and they don’t work. The brackets and braces break and come loose frequently and she tries to get you to pay more to fix her poor work. When I would not pay her any more money because I had already paid her to fix my teeth she got annoyed and her response was that she would pray for me. She gets some of your money then tries to get you to buy more services and when I would not, she stopped working on my teeth. This is after she worked on my teeth for 4 months and said they would be finished in one more month. I would not recommend her to anybody.

This is the best dentist office I have ever been. The doctor is efficient, skillful, very gentle, and clear in explaination. She is the most respectable doctor I have ever had. The office staff members are friendly, too. Highly recommending.

Excellent dentist. Very understanding, flexible, and thorough. She has a quick and light touch– not painful at all. I have been her patient for many years now and she and her staff have always been accommodating. Wait times aren’t too bad, either.

I went to this dentist (Dr. Jennifer Chen) for a root canal. She gave me a discounted price because I paid in cash and that I was a student, I was very grateful and I thought she was a polite and understanding doctor. Turns out, she did a partial job only. I went to another doctor for the crown restoration that was needed with any root canal and was informed that there were still some nerves left inside!!! I was at a risk for an infection if I do not get that taken care of. I went back to Dr. Chen and she refused to re-​do it. Stating that «nothing’s perfect» in her exact words. If i were to be given a re-​treatment for a root canal that I’ve already paid $ 700+ for, the second treatment would be around $ 900. This is ridiculous! I have to go back to her twice for a cost of $ 1600+ for a root canal that was not done properly the first time??! She also stated that she gave me a discounted price the first time ~25% off)…so does that mean I would only a get a 75% job done on my tooth. Personally, I highly do not recommend this dental clinic.
Then she tried to charge me a consultation fee…
