I had a pretty good experience until the day of my event. I was promised 2 particular services for which I depended on. I did not go out and buy these things, only because I was told it was taken care of. In addition, I never received the appetizers until about an hour AFTER my event started. Half of my guests had left at this point. When i tried to call the planner after the event, i did not receive an apology. In fact she did not bother to pick up the phone and was purposely ignoring my calls.
When I actually spoke with her, I received alot of negativity and defensiveness for her actions. I am also in the customer service industry, and this is not the way to handle customers, even if you think you did a fantastic job, which Klejuan (the owner of the company) did. To be fair, she did a good job with décor, but other details were definitely not paid attention to. I had several guests who appreciated her décor, but after hearing how she handled her mistakes (which we all make), decided to go with another company for their event. I would not recommend this planner. She was ultimately quite unprofessional.
