My child was in the infant and 12 mo+ rooms during the time enrolled. I loved the daycare at first but started noticing tension and there seemed to be staffing issues(teacher to student ratio). I felt that parents were not notified of issues in a timely manner if at all(ex: wasp infestation in the classrooms). When I called to request more information, the assistant to the upper school’s director left me a voicemail stating ‘They were aware and looking into the issue.” No notification and the issue continued ongoing and I only found out through other parents who saw them in the classrooms. I started noticing my child would cry and cling to me when I would drop my child off(an outgoing baby, has been in daycare since 3 mo old). I started looking into other daycare centers as there are no cameras and I was concerned for my baby. I felt like my child was a number. When I called to verify my child’s last day the director still did not act concerned we decided to pull her and instead asked if we would like to pay the balance on our account(for those two weeks). I have heard many issues from other parents. I would never trust again to leave my baby here due to neglect of the director. Note: teachers are great, this is issue derived from upper mngt.
