We hired Discovery Home Inspectors to inspect our new home. Murphy came in and did a detailed and thorough job. His report was precise with photos showing areas of concern. I was able to give the report to my builder to fix the problems called out. I would recommend Discovery Home Inspectors to anybody who is looking for peace of mind when investing into a new home.

The owner of this business keeps having Unilocal remove my review so I will repost it again. If you are not happy with your home inspection, you may report your experience to TREC (Texas Real Estate Commission for investigation). Murphy Critelli of Discover Real Estate Inspections was unprofessional in his actions and he missed several things on his inspection that I discovered after I closed on my home. I cannot recommend this home inspector and I did file a claim with TREC.

I hired Murphy Critelli as my Home Inspector, he is a fantastic Home Inspector that I will recommend to my family and friends. He did a great job on the house by finding smalls details that needed to be working properly. I am very happy to have chosen as my Home Inspector, he was very clear and professional at explaining what wasn’t working properly at every area of the house, and mostly he made sure I was buying a reliable house. Besides he performed a great inspection, he helped me with his inspection report to claim the cost of repair of those few items that were missing or not working properly. Over all I will highly recommend Murphy Critelly with Discovery Home Inspectors.

Murphy Critelli with Discovery Home Inspection did a great job on inspecting our new home. We were pleased with his thorough work process and the detailed inspection report with 15 pages of information. Our builder took the report and rectified all issues addressed per Murphy. We then hired Discovery again for the re-​inspection before closing. Discovery Home Inspection provided me and my wife a peace of mind about our new home. I highly recommend their service to any home buyers.

Inspector did a thorough job but did not inspect sprinkler system. He is above the average for cost. Very nice guy, but I do not feel I got what I paid for.
