My mother got her flooring – carpet, laminate, and tile done with discount flooring center and we had a great experience. For the multiple jobs we were given a discount. The salesman showed us inventory material he had to help save us money. The installers for an extra minimal fee moved my mothers furniture and helped her pack stuff she should have already cleaned up prior to their arrival. During the jobs, the salesman went to my mothers house to check on the job. After the job was complete, the salesman checked up on the job. I had no problems.

I had a nightmare experience with Discount Flooring Houston and will not use them again. I purchased 700 sqft of laminate flooring from them and had them install it as well. They said they would send installers they regularly use. However, after the installers finished my floors, they told me this was their first ever job with Discount Flooring Center and I was their first ever job in Texas. This floor cracks and squeaks at every step and is unacceptably poor quality.
Discount Flooring Center will not offer any help. The will not honor their warranty. The subcontractor who installed the floor said Discount Flooring Houston paid them too little to take the time to fix the subfloor before installing. I highly recommend steering clear of this company.
