Receptionist came in late, then she starting asking me questions that I had already answered on the forms sitting in front of her. She then proceeded to call and verify my insurance, which I thought was normally done ahead of time. 45 minutes past my appointment time, I was taken to the back. The cleaning was actually quite painful, and the numbing medicine didn’t really work on my lowers, so I actually had to ask him to stop working on my fillings. I’m not sure if it was him or me, but I think I’ll try sedation dentistry next time.
