Update as of 10−9−15 this food is still not cooked right my chicken came out pink on the inside and smelled like poultry that’s not a good thorough cooking. And my guess is anything deep fried is still being undercooked this is disgusting step your shit up because next time I’m going to get an inspection.

Feast on seafood here!!!
After lots of rain and flood warnings that turned out to be a flop, we found ourselves dining at Dan’s Seafood & Wings and thoroughly enjoyed our feast of crawfish, shrimp, and fried fish. All of which was fresh and perfectly seasoned. The thing with seafood is that it needs to be seasoned and cooked well and the window to get this just right is small. If you cook it a minute longer, it will be over-​cooked. If you over season it, you won’t even recognize what you are eating. The seafood here came out hot and perfectly delectable. I actually normally avoid eating crawfish because it feels like too much work for very little meat but if they are this good, I’m ready to put my feet up and work at those suckers!
My hubby and I even split a bowl of gumbo! It was SPICY just the way we like it!
Definitely on our list of places to stop by the next time we are in Houston!

— Nice crew, great attitudes, patient, overall good customer service
— Clean restaurant
— Called in order and was called back to let me know my order was ready (but i was in the parking lot 4 my pick up) nice gesture
— This was my second visit here first time i checked out the slushies only. As long as the fruit stay fresh i will return for this. ***5 star worthy***
Cons
— Undercooked food even after i asked for my fish to be fried hard. This is a food safety issue.
***Note to Dan’s Seafood*** Perhaps the kitchen needs help or experience. You have the counterpersons trained well. From previous reviews the wait times are better but the reviews of food are still true. I was not able to eat my food due to most of being undercooked. Try visiting your competition such as Lotus, Cajun Hut, or even out of town to bring a different twist to seafood. Add Zummos sausages to your boiled shrimp choices so when i come back i will order this (A Beaumont staple much better than the weiners they call sausage here). But it will be a month or so before i return for food. By then u should have your kitchen in order if you survive.

For the price and wait time not worth a second visit. I try to support local. Just won’t be back.

Hmm where do I start…
The overall appearance, and inside of the place is clean and presentable. The employees are friendly, and welcoming. I ordered the boiled shrimp combo and waited about 25 minutes for my food! Not too thrilled about that.
From what I saw, there were only two cooks in the back. I think there needs to be more people preparing the food for faster service. I got the shrimp in medium hot flavor and all I could taste was salt! It was too salty for my liking.
The employees have no structure. Everyone is everywhere!!! If someone is taking orders, someone else should be handing out the food. Like I said everyone is just every where getting in each other’s way!
While I was there a lady went in to clean the dinning room, and she took the trash from there and placed it on the counter. There was a guy making a shake, stopped what he was doing, threw the trash in some can they had behind the counter, then went back to making the shake/​smoothie whatever he was making! I was like O. o I personally think there should be a trash can in the dining area where that should be disposed of.
some guy got his money back because he had been waiting for his food for so long. They are newly opened, and their employees look like they don’t know too much about customer service. Hopefully they get a little more organized as time goes by. I’ll try the place out again in a few months.

Waiting 30 minutes for food. Came out oyster and fish are under cooked still raw inside. Too much ice in my drink couldn’t taste any flavor. Rice are very plain and dry. crawfish was OK. Buy 5lbs get one lbs free. Will not recommended.
