Ive only had carwash service, and i am very pleased. Very relaxing waiting area with massage chair.

Pretty good job. They take quite a long time as if you get a detail only one person is assigned to your car. Still had some dead bugs and spots that I asked to be cleaned. They were very good about making sure the customer is happy. Attention to detail could be better and time it takes could be faster

I have tried to use these guys several times. They have been closed at 4:00 pm a couple of time during the summer because they had no employees. I took my work vehicle in to do an oil change today because they advertise free car wash with $ 32.99 oil change. I took in my own oil and they charged me $ 41.13 and no car wash. They finally gave me an express wash after some bitching. My car is still dirty and not dried. This will be the last time I use them!!!

Terrible cust. Service!!! Tried to use a coupon offered on their website and the cashier said I had to bring the coupon printed out she could not honor it otherwise. Really??? Are we still on 1980’s

Tried to go to this car wash at 8:07, and they were not open despite the sign on the door saying 8am. Three employees were there… one was hosing down the sidewalk, two just arriving. They saw me pull up, but did not come over or acknowledge me at all. Went back at 8:30, and it was still closed???
I’ll give a review of the actual car wash if they ever open & pay attention to customers.

This is most favorite car wash spot. They always pay great attention to detail and my vehicle is always fresh and clean. You may think the price points are a bit steep but compared to other local places these guys are the right bang for your buck. Love love love me some Jones carwash. I’ve used their lube service before on my previous car and the guys were really nice and knowledgeable

The, lube center is pathetic. I stopped by this place for an oil change because I was in the area. They seemed knowledgeable and i was looking foward to the free carwash after. When i left my car seemed fine, but about 3 weeks later, i decided to go to my regular place, jiffy lube, and just have them top off my oil. They discovered these ppl put the wrong filter in my car and my oil plug was stripped and also the wrong one. When i called to let them know of the damaging mistake they had made, the guy lied to me saying he didnt see my license plate in their system so i couldn’t have gotten it done. Then I told him i have a receipt and also the window sticker, he then proceeded to change his tone and tell me bring it in… terrible. I DONT recommend this joke of a facility to anyone
