Samantha is the worst! I don’t know you Jr L but I don’t think you live here if you like the office staff!!! #cantwaittogetout

I been a resident for awhile now and can say the staff is very friendly Samantha, Cheryl and Laura are always happy to help with all my concerns. Way to go ladies myself and family appreciate it.

Update:2/2015 The office staff has changed and they are extremely rude. They don’t care about the residents anymore and the complex is going down hill. The parking is getting worse. There are broken down cars sitting in the same parking spots for months, the gates are broken a lot, and the mandatory valet trash isn’t picked up regularly. I feel bad for the maintenance staff because the ladies in the office are so rude to them. I have even been in the office when they are openly making fun of certain residents. So mean!!! Can’t wait for lease to end so we can leave. It used to be a nice property. Such a shame!

Kristen has to go. Glad I didn’t give this place a chance. I called in advance to confirm I could tour an apartment and was advised I could tour as long as I arrive by 5:30. My family and I arrived at 5:20 and when we walked in no one was in sight to help. We looked into the offices and waited for someone to help, no one did for 15 minutes. Finally a lady comes out and asks if we have been helped, I tell her no. I tell her we are there to tour an apartment and she says they don’t do tours after 5:30! I told her we had been waiting since 5:20 and no one ever came out to help. She said she was with a customer and the other lady there, she wasn’t sure whhy she never came to help. So that was our problem that they didn’t have enough staff to help or even get off their butts to check on us? Her name was Kristen and she was extremely rude, did not even apologize once for the inconvenience. She seemed like she didn’t care and they were already packing up to leave. Glad I didn’t make the choice to live here, customer service is horrible. I’m sure who ever the owner/​management company is wouldn’t want someone like her running the place.
