Cy-Fair Surgery Center

My daughter (18mo old) had surgery scheduled here to have tubes put in her ears. The day before her surgery they began calling me over and over and over. back to back calls. when I was finally able to answer my phone they told me who they were and they wanted the balance of her surgery paid b/​c they already had ran it through our insurance… I told the lady we had not even set foot in the building yet and they wanted the balance for a service they had not even provided… what if we were all in a car accident on our way home and the surgery never happened… I guess they just would keep the money. BS!!! I told her we would pay when we got there adn that would have to suffice. Well morning of my husband arrived a few minutes early for the appointment and the doors were still locked. Apparently they were having a staff meeting. They came and unlocked the door and when he goes in the are talking as a group about how to clean and that the nurses didnt have cleaning standards they were following… ummm that was pretty concerning… so needless to say her scheduled surgery was late and then my husband asked one of the nurses if he could have some warm water for a bottle, since she was not allowed to eat, and her FULL ATTITUDE RESPONSE was «is she even a patient here»… she argued about giving him water for the baby and said it was his responsibility… he made sure people in the lobby know what happened… we def will NEVER go back here.

Went in there to get my gallbladder removed and everything was so quick. They put me inside about 5 minutes of arrival started my iv and took me to the surgery room. The nurses and anesthesiologist were so kind. Once I woke up the nurse was so kind to me she dressed me and even combed my hair I really felt so safe with her taking care of me I didn’t think that nurses were actually kind lol but needless to say I loved this place. I arrived around 1230 and was gone at 430 very quick and such an awesome team they have there.
