OOOOHHHHH MYYYYY GOOOODNESSS
This place is dreadful… I cringe at the thought of having to come here. The CUSTOMER SERVICE is the worst I have ever had to endure.
When I come here to pick up my rx I know I have to go inside and the drive thru is NOT an option because there IS ALWAYS something wrong.
My last visit here was to pick up a refill. Simple right??? NOT!
I get there and let the lady know my name to get my rx. I let her know that I have a discount card given to me by my doctor specifically for my prescription. She takes it and after several attempts at trying to enter the info to get my discount (pay no more than 49 $ for my rx) she eventually calls the RUDE guy. I have had to deal with this older gentleman previously and he is always rude, short tempered and just plain unhelpful. He immediately starts to mumble under his breath complaining, «I already told her over the phone we don’t take that». So she very politely tells him «she is here!» yes if front of you! He looks up and acknowledges me but continues with his rant. Then 20 mins later and me tired of waiting he tells me he can’t take it and at this point I would of paid 200 $ out of pocket to leave this place.
I very nicely said OK, but «sir I have never had this issue anywhere else» I have had this same rx filled at other CVS’s with no problems. I was actually angry and told him to just charge me what ever, I just want to get the heck out of there.
Then 10 mins later the lady makes her way to the check out and says «that will be $ 49.00» You can call me crazy but that pissed me off even more. It wasn’t even about the discount at this point. This just proved to me that this place is so full of crap. He is going to do what he wants when he wants and if he wants.
So with that said. I will take my business else where even if it means a drive.

Dropped off my prescription go home, they call me back saying they don’t have my medicine «we can order it for Monday «I asked if they called another store they said NO! I tell them to call another, call me back saying its at another location so I call that location and ask when it would be ready they reply we didn’t receive it.

Horrible customer service. Absolutely awful, if you want a script filled do not come here unless you want to be stressed out.

Horrible customer service! They lose my prescriptions, take foreeeeever to give me my prescription once it’s actually there and it is SO inconvenient to get a simple flu shot! The first time I came to get the flu shot the lady told me to come back later because it’d be a long wait. Now I’m here a second time, no one else here, but they aren’t able to verify my insurance. The lady asked me to come back again later a third time when maybe their system is working???
They’re NOT 24 hrs either.

The worst CVS I’ve ever been to. If you like employes who completely overlook and ignore you this is the place for you !!
