Friendly service and excellent food! Every time I visit Houston and crave my native food I make a stop here.

Just had dinner here because the other place down the street closes on Mondays. So glad it was because they’re pupusas are 10x better. They’re not greasy at all and full of filling. Don’t know if that is the way they’re supposed to be made, but with this summer heat the last thing I want to eat is a super greasy thick corn tortilla. They’re aguas are great, probably the best maracuya water I’ve had in town, the jamaica water was super fresh and not to sweet. Best part is they fill it to the top and don’t add too much ice. Three of us dined and we kept the bill under 25 dollars. Great value because you’ll leave with a full stomach. Salvadoran bread up front looked great but we did not leave any room for it. 4 stars because it is a hole in the wall

The food was amazingly good and fills you right up. I especially love the platanos Fritos with Salvadorian cream and mashed refried beans Also the shredded beef with eggs taste just like how my mom makes it. Muy DELICIOSO!!!
