This is one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in, as defined by the friendliness and helpfulness of staff, quality and cleanliness of the rooms, and inspiration in the hotel design itself. For less than $ 200/night, expect a uniquely great experience here.

Great, very clean and because it’s new a very well maintained hotel room and grounds. Right off the interstate. For the price you can’t beat it($ 99/night) this is on 11/14/2015. Comfortable beds and a great bathroom with very modern amenities.

From management to all the staff, everyone was so pleasant to work with. The hotel is new and I love it’s newer design. I was here for a week and anything I needed to help me was available. I appreciate everyone! Good job Marriott picking an awesome manager in Julie who has an amazing staff.

Brand new facility(less than a year old). Extremely convenient location next to 290. Absolutely perfect if you are doing business on the North or West side. Staff is nice and the hotel is very clean. Lots of restaurants close by and sports bars if you like those!

Lovely stay at this hotel. We were in town for a volleyball tournament, traveling with a large group of people. Our arrangements with the hotel management team prior to arrival was easy, and everything that we had discussed was in place at the time of our arrival. Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful, regardless of the time of day. We were treated to the type of customer service that is sometimes lacking at even the most expensive hotel chains.

While we mostly agree with the first reviewer we do have a few items that we can disagree with. The room and the overall building are very, very nice. The shower is different as it is a deeper, doorless variety but not quite deep enough from keeping the water from spraying out nor keeping the cold outside air off your backside. The luggage carts are too small and do not accommodate hung clothing. The worst is the«Bistro Café» which served the absolute worst food we’ve had in a very, very long time. Pretty sure that everything was frozen and«nuked». Really bad.

This Marriott courtyard is brand new(9÷1÷2014) and features the latest in room designs for the business traveler. I log 2 – 3 nights per week in hotels around the country and this is going to be one of my new locations for houston. Each room now has a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. And IMO one of the better features, outlets and USB ports located everywhere like on the desk and near the bedside. The room ergonomics work well as does the new soft colors. There is the Bistro caffe that is common in Courtyards these days with a great selection of health things to eat and your favorite Starbucks beverage. Also check out the actual courtyard out back with the color changing fountain and fireplace. Getting to downtown or galleria area is not to bad. The only issues IMO is all the TXDOT construction on the local highways but that should wrap up soon. Pros: quiet, clean, functional Cons: new properties means breaking in the staff. :) Inside secret: if you need a coca cola product for your favorite libation they will find it for you!
