Cosmetic Smiles

Dental visits are a always a dread for me. My husband recommended this office because he’s had several procedures done and it was a wonderful experience. The kind woman at the front desk greeted me warmly, the hygienist was friendly and great at explaining what was going on in my mouth, right down to showing me pictures and explaining what I was looking at. The Dr. herself was professional, friendly, quick and straightforward. I was given a plan of attack with how many visits I would require and how much out of pocket each visit would cost after insurance. The office itself is clean, modern and relaxing. Overall everyone there is fantastic at what they do. I could not have had a better experience and I will recommend them to my friends and family.

I really enjoyed going to Cosmetic Smiles. I was greeted by a very friendly woman at the front desk, and she got me checked it very quickly. From the time I sat down, filled out the paperwork to walking back for my appt. was less than 10 minutes.
Cool Gadgets:
To my surprise there was a flat screen television mounted on the ceiling so when your teeth are being cleaned there is a nice distraction in front of you. I will say though that watching surgery while having my teeth worked on was a little disturbing. It was funny though.
Great skill:
Bethany cleaned my teeth and did my bite wing Xrays. She was very professional and made teeth look all white again. She also asked how my teeth felt after the cleaning and I view that as building good customer rapport.
Location:
It is easy to find Cosmetic smiles, and when you walk in the building up to the third floor there is a sign posted on the wall to direct you to where the Business was. I would have been walking around looking for the Business if that sign was not there.
Overall Rating:
5+ stars because of the friendly and professional staff, good customer service, and attention to detail.
