How do you review a place you hope most people will never need? My father had a heart attack almost three weeks ago and after his 6 days in ICU was sent to a long term hospital to recover from the heart attack and pneumonia. This hospital is where he was sent.
My Mom says this used to be the old Bellaire hospital, but I don’t know that for sure. It’s located behind the Dunkin’ Donuts, around the Cross section of Bissonnet and Chimney Rock.
The staff was really great, and very patient with my father. They were also good about answering questions my mother and I had. The rooms are small with one chair for a guest to sit in. But they are clean and spacious enough for a hospital type room.
I have no other Long Term Hospitals to compare this to, but this one was a good choice for my family.
