Hired CONCEPTS IN CONCRETE, STEVE, Z the owner check out our pool deck. Said yes he could repair it and it will look beautiful after, this was July 2014 Steve requested to be paid in cash he would provide us with a guarantee which he did after he stopped by to pick up the $ 4900.00 After receiving 3 estimates we hired and trusted CONCEPTS IN CONCRETE ??? Contacted Steve i told him it is the wrong color also slippery. Its dangerous, this is a Pool Deck said he would stop by, Didn’t happen 1 month later it started peeling and cracked .We have called several times emailed and text has never tried to resolve this UGLY POOL DECK he sent out a person to look at. WE ARE LEFT WITH A PEELING CRACKED SLIPPERY HOT DECK THAT LOOKS WORSE THAN THE COOL DECK THAT WAS REPLACED. ASK FOR REFERENCE S… I DID NOT SURE IF THEY WERE LEGIT. BUYER BE WARE , STILL WAITING
