I’m a patient at the Medical Center location and only have great things to say about this. Due to my busy work schedule it’s very convenient to have all these services under one roof. Dr. Macintosh is amazing, answered all my questions, and made me feel like I was talking to a friend not a doctor. Offices are always clean, smells amazing, and have fresh flowers. If you want quality health care, short wait times, and a office that can accommodate to your schedule will absolutely recommend them.

Dr. Jurney along with her staff and staff of Complete Women’s Care are absolutely amazing. My previous ob-​gyn delivered my 25 year old son and i continued to see her until she retired not too long ago. I visited another provider last year and unfortunately i had a terrible experience with their ob –gyn and vowed never to return.
Dr. Jurney was highly recommended to me and i couldn’t be happier and thankful. I scheduled a consult with Dr. Jurney, who took the time to listen to my concerns and explain the complete process involved with my Total Hysterectomy surgery and a couple of additional procedures i new were needed. Half way through the consult i knew i was in good hands and trusted her completely. Dr. Jurney took care of my additional procedures in addition to my surgery last week and i couldn’t be happier. It was a complete success and I’m recovering quickly. Hospital post surgery care, by Dr. Jurney and her colleagues was phenomenal. They were there to check on my condition and answer all my questions regarding medication and what to expect next. The surgery is all a new experience for me, I’ve had a number of questions since I’ve been at home, i contacted Dr. Jurney and her nurse and they were quick to respond with answers. I will continue to be a long time patient and highly recommend Dr.Jurney.
Complete Women’s Care is an outstanding doctors office. Its quite charming, and warm with the most efficient and friendliest staff. Appointments are easy to schedule, check in check out is quick, wait time is minimal, calls, messages/​questions are answered quite promptly by nurses. They also have a lab for blood work etc, the techs are very efficient and professional and make you feel comfortable. Complete first class doctors office for women.

Rushed, rude. I was hoping this would be my new go to place but I won’t be coming back. They also messed up my billing.

And if you call, I hope Patricia doesn’t answer the phone. I’ve never been treated with such rude behavior from a medical office. I scheduled my next appointment somewhere else.

After reading reviews, I went to CWCC, which is why I’m now leaving a review for a more accurate picture. I scheduled an appointment with a few questions in mind and after seeing the doctor she scheduled an ultrasound which left little to no explanation and only brought up more questions. That is frustrating enough. However, the doctor wanted to have some blood tests done but they needed to be at a particular time. I called and emailed CWCC to ensure that the lab would be open on Saturday morning, which they assured me it would be. I canceled plans to go out of town so that I could go to CWCC first thing Saturday morning to have my blood test. Lo and behold, no one was in the lab. I now have to wait another month. So that’s convenient. The worst part is that a pregnant woman was also waiting in the lab area, as she had already taken the orange drink for her blood glucose test and needed the test done immediately. Her situation made me more nervous about any type of prenatal care at CWCC, as I’d rather not worry about people showing up. Needless to say, I’m going to have to find another doctor.

After researching OBGYN doctors last year I found one that I really liked, Dr. Lisa Beard. I scheduled the appointment and was slightly taken aback that my husband and I would be meeting with her nurse practitioner instead of her. I just assumed that this was the procedure and let it be. I will say that the office is very nice/​posh. My visits would alternate between Jena and Dr. Beard. Let me just say that Dr. Beard is an awesome doctor and I have nothing but love for her. Prenatal care was great until it was time to deliver. I was told to check in the hospital and prepare for delivery, well I didn’t my doctor at all. In fact when a doctor did show up it was 7 hour later. At this time it was decided to induce me, after hours of miscommunication about what’s happening with my baby, a different doctor came in and told me that I would have to have an emergency c-​section out the! I was frightened because I have never had any major surgery before. My fears were right. The rushed csection caused a lot of problems. They did not do a great job on pain management and because of that I had to go to the ER twice only to be told that I had an infection amongst other things. I followed up twice with CWC only for them to say sorry we didn’t do a good job on pain management. I finally got to see Dr. Beard at my postpartum appointment in which she did apologize for what i was going through. There were billing issues with Teresa also, we were told that we had to pay up front even though we had insurance. We complied so imagine our surprise when we receive notices from the insurance company stating money had been sent to CWC. I called Teresa several times about this issue and she was always away from her desk. The few times that I did get her, she played clueless, then asked me to explain the situation of why we are paying out of pocket when she is the one that told us that we had to. Each time she would claim that they would send the money back to the insurance company, not sure if she did. Needless to say prenatal care is smooth until it’s time to deliver. It goes down hill from there. I won’t be back.

The best care for ladies. Chic spa boutique is what I would best describe the experience. Never a long wait, smiling friendly faces, experience & caring doctors. Mine… Dr. Kristen Brigger, an angel on earth.

I felt in very qualified hands from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out. The staff is friendly and informative. They help make sure you are comfortable during your visit. I was there for a annual wellness exam but no matter the reason, the doctors are willing to help.

My experience with Dr. Kelly at CWCC was wonderful! This was my second baby and I loved how they treated me throughout my whole pregnancy and specially my delivery. Every visit they try to schedule you with the same doctor. Of course there were times when my doctor was out but all the doctors, nurse practitioners and nurses are great! Dr. Kelly delivered my baby she’s so professional and she made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The nurses were great! I wish I would of known of CWCC 4 years ago when I had my first son! If my husband and I decide to have another baby I am definitely coming here again, but for now I just go for my routine well women exams.
BTW if you call wanting to speak to the nurse DO leave a message and someone will return your phone call that same day.
Oh and the only CON that I have is that you do have to pay for parking but they also have valet

Ok, so where to start … My first visit was with Dr. Gibson. I had my yearly exam and pap. She was very nice and sweet answered all my questions and everything was fine. Paid my regular copay with my insurance and had no issues with billing for the office visit or the lab portion where culture was sent. I was also sent for blood work that had to be done on a certain day of my cycle. They told me just to stop by as they had a lab in the office which I thought was very nice. Everything was fine with billing as far as the blood work. Never got a bill from the lab on any off my blood work.
I called to make an appointment to talk to one of the docs about getting a IUD put in for Birth control. The receptionist was very nice and told me that they had a New location in the Tangle Wood area. Which I thought was GREAT because I work in the Galleria area and it was 5 minutes away from my office. Got an appointment for a week or so later first thing in the morning with Dr. Mason.
Here is where my issue stars. I get checked in and do all that good stuff. Nurse calls me back to the consult room and the nurse confirms with me that I wanted to talk to Dr. Mason about getting an IUD. I told her yes and that I was having some vaginal discomfort that I thought I may have a yeast infection. I know TMI! sorry!. She said ok took my vitals and all that good stuff she said she would let Dr. Mason know I was ready and tell her about the vaginal discomfort. I was never told me any thing about the office changing who they send their cultures to. Dr. Mason comes in and we talk about the IUD said ok we will check with your insurance and get back to you. I had no problem with that. She then said ok lets do a culture on you and see what’s going on. after she took the culture she said it did look like a yeast infection but she wanted to send it to the lab make sure there was nothing else going on like a bacterial infection, nothing was said about them using a different lab, I said Ok not a problem not thinking to ask about that since I never had a issue with them. She said she would call me in a prescription, they would call me with in about a week on the results for the other. Checked out, paid my copay. I never got a call or anything telling me that anything came back on the culture. I get a call about 1 ½ weeks later from the billing person telling me that the IUD would fall under my deductible so I would have to pay contracted rates. Which I was ok with but had recently had ER surgery and was about to meet my deductible and I would call to schedule once all that was done. No big deal with that either. About 2 weeks later which would make it about 3 weeks since I was in, I get an email from a nurse saying that I do have a bacterial infection and that a prescription was called in to my pharmacy. First I thought well that’s strange it took almost 3 weeks for them to get the results to me when I was told I would get a call about the results about a week after. Then I get a bill in the mail from a lab open it… And I have a bill due for $ 340.00 for the date of service that I was in to see Dr. Mason. I called the lab and they said that my insurance is OUT OF NETWORK with them!!! I call the office and the receptionist sends me to a Voicemail of the billing person. I leave her a message with my information and why I was calling. 2 weeks pass and I hear nothing form anyone. I call again and I speak to a receptionist I think her name was Judy? I tell what happen and I had left a message 2 weeks prior about the same issue and nothing. She said that they have been having phone issues and she may have not gotten the message, but she took the message down and said that she would have someone from the billing office call me first thing in the morning since the billing person or people had left for the day. never got a call the next day. This is now a week later from my 2^nd call about the same issue. I call again on 7÷6÷15. The receptionist answers I did not get her name. I ask if I can speak to the office manager, she ask me if there was anything she could help me with. I tell her I don’t think so but we can try. I tell her what is going on and she said she will have me speak to some one in the billing office. I told her NO, I DO NOT WANT TO LEAVE ANOTHER MESSAGE because I have called 2 times before and no one has called me back. She said will get someone for you to speak to. Hold on. I’m on hold she comes back and says that billing person did not answer so let me have you speak to someone else. OK I say and I Get a Voicemail !!! Leave her a message with all the my information what the issues is and repeat my self and mention that this is my 3^rd call now in several weeks and I still have not gotten a call back. This make me so mad. BEWARE and make sure you ask questions about your insurance and the lab they use. This is not good patient service!!!

After deciding to plan for a baby, we needed a specialist to have a plan of action. I decided to try the CWCC because the office was conveniently located and this facility had good reviews online. My first visit was like stepping into Woman’s World. The décor was fashionable, comfortable and spacious. The scent was very pleasing.
I realize looks are not everything. I met with Dr. Mason who made such a great impression with her patience and her personable nature. I decided this would be the doctor and place for me to plan our pregnancy.
God blessed us a few months later. I obviously visited the CWCC several times through out my pregnancy. Communication is key for any successful business. From the very beginning, expectations were made clear for us so we did not have any surprises. We sat down with someone for a payment plan and we were able to set our appointments convenient to our schedule all the way up to the due date.
I was sent a survey after every visit. I am very busy and wish I had taken a couple of minutes to fill out each one. As we all know, it is so much easier to take time out to type a review when we have a poor experience. I do appreciate that they want my honest feedback every time I visit to make any necessary changes to better their service.

I met with Dr. Shaunna Mason and Laurel Spence for nine months. They always came in and sat down. That means something to me. I’ve been in other Dr.‘s visits where the doctor comes in and stands the entire time. It makes you feel like you need to hurry and explain because they don’t have much time. Dr. Mason and Laurel provided excellent care throughout my pregnancy. I knew I could email them or call the office anytime. I cannot thank them enough. Every one of the staff members are professional and friendly.
We did have an extended stay at the hospital and were able to meet the other exceptional doctors at the CWCC. Dr. Kristen Brigger delivered our baby girl and she was amazing. Thank you to all of you that assisted during my labor & delivery.
It has been a month since we delivered my baby girl. Since then, I have received a personally hand written note and call from Dr. Mason. That is above and beyond! That is what the Complete Women’s Care Center will do for you… above and beyond service.

I had such a poor experience with Complete Women’s Care over the past 5 years that I decided to write an update. I noticed that their Google reviews have skyrocketed in a sudden burst and are all 5-​star reviews, so am not certain how truthful or accurate those ratings are. I trust Unilocal’s rating standards and reviews are more accurate.
I was diagnosed by Complete Women’s Care with an issue a few years ago. I had multiple painful procedures done that I was told were necessary. Late last year, after my original review and stupidly enough, I went back for another check-​up and was told my issue was the same and that I would need another procedure. Great. I couldn’t handle it, for the past few years I did everything a doctor recommends in order to better my situation. My body is strong, this did not make any sense. They called me and told me I needed to schedule the procedure. I refused. They mailed me a disclaimer letter stating that it was not their fault if I got cancer because of the choices I’ve made. It was the most insensitive, blood-​boiling communication I’ve ever received from anyone, not just a doctor’s office. In the process of protecting themselves, they alienate and deeply hurt their patrons.
After showing the letter to my husband, he refused to listen to my doubts of finding a new doctor and insisted that I try someone new. I did very careful research and made an appointment a month after my latest diagnosis at Complete Women’s Care. It was the best decision I’ve made in my entire life. In just one week, I had my check-up…and lo and behold, my condition miraculously disappeared in less than two months after years of fear and doubt and «what-​ifs». I don’t know what to think at this point, but I can tell you that my nerves are much better and my stress levels have gone down considerably knowing that I was right all along. That I was going to be put through another useless, painful procedure had I allowed Complete Women’s Care control over my body and over my purse.
I have another appointment with my new doctor in a couple of months just to be certain everything is ok, just because I’ve been taken on a rollercoaster ride for years and have trouble trusting doctors and their diagnoses anymore. I will be happy to recommend my new doctor to anyone, if you would like to message me. She spent almost an hour with me just hearing my story and answering all my questions. What beauty in the synergy of finding someone who cares and is willing to listen.
To Complete Women’s Care: Please do not contact me anymore. You believe that calling someone after they leave a negative Unilocal review is the right thing to do, but it’s not. Listen to the customer, not the «expert» on public relations you think you have. I do not need flowers or phone calls, I just want a smart, reliable doctor I can trust. You were not that doctor. This is my final thought towards you and your establishment.

Never again. Yeah, it’s beautiful and peaceful and full of women who are nice. While you’re pregnant. I had no problem while I was going for my check ups. Even though you only get 15 minutes. My problem was more at the hospital. I was there for a week due to complications and my OB saw me ONCE (for a couple of minutes). I saw nurse practitioners all week. So, I saw a doctor for 8 months who didn’t deliver my baby (bc she wasn’t on call) had horrible complications with a complete stranger AND my own doctor didn’t care enough to at least call and see how I was doing or my baby for that matter. Never saw my OB again. They are pushing in ppl so much (every 15 mins) that, again, I saw a nurse practitioner for my follow up appointments. I couldn’t get in to see my OB. So if you want pretty. Yeah go there. They will charge you an arm and a leg for pretty and the minute something goes wrong they will leave you hanging. Never again.

This team of doctors, nurses and assistants are so pleasant and professional. The whole ambiance in the office gives you a comfortable and relaxing feeling. I’ve been a patient of theirs for over 6 years now and I will continue to be. I’ve referred a few of my friends to them and they all agree that this is the place to be!

I’ve had a wonderful experience with Dr. Kelly and the staff at CWCC. I’ve traditionally gone to Planned Parenthood to get my woman’s wellness exam done and though I support their clinics, the beside manner wasn’t always the best and I struggled to go back for them. On my first visit with them, we discovered abnormalities and they’ve been diligent and through with following up and check in on me week after week. I do not wait agonizing weeks for results because they get back to me in less than a week of not a few days. The interior is pleasant and calming, and the décor is quite posh, but what keeps me coming is the patience and care they all have provided me each and every time I visit.

Okay — so, yes, they are super efficient and it’s like a spa coming here. So if you need your run of the mill well women’s exam — sure. Come here! They will fit you in no problem and it should be a completely fine experience.
But, if you’re looking for further diagnosis of a health issue, I don’t know if I’d recommend it. We had been trying to get pregnant for nearly a year and I made an appointment to discuss what the options were. I left my appointment with one of the nurse practitioners with only one option — she wrote me a prescription for clomid to regulate my cycles. No diagnosis or further analysis to figure out what was wrong. She made the decision after looking at the blood work I had brought with me from my PCP. This did not settle well with me as I like to know the cause is rather than just treat the symptom. I then made the decision to switch to a different OB/​GYN at another practice.

One of the nicest doctors ofc I’ve ever been too. Staff was very professional. I liked the fact that during my first visit, I met with the doctor in her ofc and talked about my needs and concerns rather than in the examining room and not rushed during discussion. I’ve only been once but was very happy with the overall experience.
One negative– the doctor was running over an hour behind but I figure that’s sorta to be expected with most doctors. Still I would recommend this office to my friends and family.
Also, although it’s Fannin location is in the medical center, it was not inconvenient to get to and parking was not a problem.

This was terrible. Dr. Kristin Brigger is terrible. I will never go back here.
I won’t say, «Don’t ever come here.» I should say «Don’t ever come here if you actually want to talk to your doctor.»
So… this is kind of personal, and I normally would not want to write about going to the gyno on the internet, but this is what online reviews are for. If I can keep another woman from wasting their time like I did, it’s worth it.
I was referred to a different doctor in this Center by my GP, but the doctor I was referred to didn’t have any appointments until next year.
I was referred by my GP because she thinks I may have endometriosis or a cyst of some kind. I explained to Dr. Kristen Brigger that I’ve tried 5 different kinds of hormonal birth control with terrible side-​effects and no success in treating my symptoms (each for 6 months to year), and detailed my symptoms (I won’t get into details, but they include pain so extreme that I sometimes pass out, I’ve also had an inconclusive ultra sound. That doctor, who has since retired, thought that it was either fibroids (harmless) or a cyst (maybe not so harmless) but sometimes you have to cut people open and actually look around to know for sure. Which is why so many doctors would rather just treat the symptoms, especially if they aren’t interfering with daily life.
Dr. Kristen Brigger was incredibly dismissive. She basically told me it was either take birth control or deal with it, and that everything I’d described is, quote, «perfectly normal.»
Passing out every few months, and having to call in sick every month like a 12 year girl who doesn’t want to gym class is «perfectly normal?» I was under the impression that most women don’t pass out on their bathroom floor as part of their monthly cycle, and I said as much. My exact words were, «I don’t think that the level of pain I experience is normal. And the fact that I’ve had an inconclusive ultrasound makes me feel that there is a possibility that something is wrong.»
Her reply: «Nope. It’s perfectly normal. Nothing is wrong. You’re just one of the unlucky few. We usually treat this with birth control.» If, in her professional medical opinion, she truly feels that *passing out from menstrual cramps* is «perfectly normal,» she could have communicated that with compassion instead of being dismissive.
She was clearly in a huge rush to get me into the exam room to complete the exam and either leave the office or get the next patient in – I don’t know which. I know that doctors will often try to rush you, but I stood my ground, and asked my questions. This irked her. Each question was answered with, «That’s perfectly normal.» I feel like i could have told her that once a month my tits fall off and I sew them back on the next day, and she would have said, «That’s perfectly normal!» With a huge smile on her face.
I then got a quick salespitch for the Mirena IUD. Apprently this would fix all my «perfectly normal» not-​problems, even though it’s also… hormonal birth control. Now, I do understand that all these birth control options have different amounts and types of hormones in them, and I would have loved to discuss this, but she didn’t even ask which kinds I’d already tried. This was before the exam, so for all she knew, I was doing kegels around my Mirena at that very second.
At this point I’d given up, so I patiently waited for her to finish, and went to the exam room.
After the exam, they also asked me if I wanted additional bloodwork done, and I was a little confused. No one had ever presented the bloodwork as optional before, and I’d always assumed it was part of the exam. I have new insurance coverage, so I told them I wanted whatever was part of the exam that my insurance was covering. They were like, well, we have no idea if it is. I asked if they could contact my insurance company to make sure, and that I would be happy to wait. The nurse sent me to the front desk to ask this, and the (very pleasant) woman at the desk seemed confused that the nurse had sent me to her. After about fifteen minutes I had my answer – sort of. Their answer was basically, we don’t really know. I suspect no one actually contacted my insurance company. I considered calling them myself, but at that point I just wanted to get out of there, so I said thank you and left.
That said, if you just need a routine exam, and have NOTHING to discuss, this clinic would be a perfectly adequate choice. The exam portion of my visit was performed professionally and went smoothly. She was very smiley and pleasant through-​out the whole thing, so if it’s more important to you to have someone put you at ease during an exam than to have your doctor actually listen to the words that come out of your mouth, then you’ll be fine.

A male gynecologist is like a mechanic that doesn’t own a car… no thanks.
CWCC is home to the top leading female OBGYN and nurse practitioners. Definitely not your average office visit.
My «annual» visits usually consist of me seated on an uncomfortable examining table and briefly questioned about my medical history. It quick and uninformative. My first visit, Dr Kristen Brigger sat me in her private office and we discussed my entire medical history. past, present and future. I’ve never discussed my history in depth with any doctor. Nor have I ever felt so comfortable. She really cared. And even if she didn’t, she totally made me feel that way. During my check up, she was gentle and explained the entire process. It was an incredible experience… now who could say that about your gyn?!?
The facility is VERY posh. Like the birth place of «Blue Ivy» posh.
Seriously, I highly recommend CWCC for ALL women.

I’ve been a patient here for over 4 years now, and the doctors, nurses, and clinical staff is very professional.
So why only 4 stars? I wish they’d let me pay for my services after my appointment rather than waiting for a bill. I’m just picky like that.
But really, they are so attentive, professional, and make this appointment as comfortable as it can possibly be.
