Clutch Delivery

I got super excited after reading articles that said Liam was adding a composting service to his company. I am a huge advocate for composting, but I am currently living in an apartment that does not allow me to have a bin. After trying the first month and having great success, I signed up for and paid for 6 months. That’s when everything went wrong. The first month or so were fine, although he did not necessarily pick up the compost on Wednesday mornings, he would let me know what was going on and would pick it up every week. Then in the fall he started coming every couple of weeks, but would respond when I asked him what was happening. In the months of November/​December he said he had bike problems which were delaying him from picking up my food scraps and that I could use a second bucket to put food in. I told him that was reasonable until he got his biked fixed, but there is no way it takes 2 months to fix a bike. He picked up the scraps maybe twice in November and December combined and only after I contacted him several times and asked him for my money back. Now it’s almost the end of month of January, he has not come at all, I have two bins again stuffed with scraps, and he will not respond to any of my calls or texts. Anyone who knows me knows that I am all up for supporting local business and I love the concept of what he has put together, but if you never supply the services that you were paid for, then you need to get in contact with me and either try to work something out or refund my money. I am extremely disappointed in Clutch Delivery.

With no Indian food in the Heights and rush hour in full gear, Clutch Delivery made perfect sense. I placed my order with the restaurant and texted the details of my order to Liam. He got here in under the time he quoted and saved us the headache of having to go pick it up. So glad this exists!

I cannot say enough good about Clutch Delivery!
For years, I’ve been whining that there is no breakfast/​coffee/​cigarette/​booze delivery in Montrose. Because, really, when you are hungover on a saturday morning, you want those things to just appear on your doorstep!
Well, my prayers (futile whining) have been answered!
Yesterday, we ordered coffee and breakfast from Empire Café and he had it to my place in less than 40 minutes!
The guy is super nice. He rides his bike so the coffee was a little jostled, but I’m totally ok with that.
I love that you can text him details and the price is reasonable!
The website has menus, but he’ll also pick up from the corner store or grocery store… I highly recommend that if you live in the Montrose area, you take advantage of this service! It’s amazing!
