I went in to the treatment a little apprehensive about if it would hurt, but this was actually pretty painless! Patricia was awesome and really put me to ease, and the location is right by the Galleria. The clinic itself is VERY clean… has a nice modern look, AND they have a bunch of free snacks in the waiting area.

I was very happy the first year and then I take off my nail polish one day and my nails are again infected and no I didn’t get reinfected. It just didn’t work. Very disappointed. Expensive.

I bought my wife a Groupon for this place. She got treated but it didn’t get 100% of the fungus so she called to schedule a follow up treatment. Despite the Groupon saying that they’d offer a second treatment for free, this place flat out refused. One of the reviewers below says they offered her husband the 2nd treatment free, but that clearly isn’t the case. Don’t expect much from this company, we had better luck with a real podiatrist.

I hope I never have to use their services again! But if I do, I wouldn’t hesitate to come back(let’s hope I don’t). The pricing was fair and upfront, no surprise charges. I was told 200 included both the treatment and follow up. I was in and out in no time. Ariana(sp?) was the person who did my treatment. She was nice, professional and made me feel comfortable. The person up front was nice as well!

Tattoo and Toenail Fungal Removal. My husband went to Panama in early 1989 and came back with that god awful thick, yellowing toenail fungus. No medicines no matter how strictly followed removed the fungus. I found this place 6 mo ago, bought him a Groupon, and his toes and never been the same again! It works immediately. Just follow their instructions so that you do not get reinfected and within 6 months my husband was nearly completely clear(his nails grow slow). *You have to give your nail time to grow out*. The secondary follow-up treatment is Free. That is why we were there today. Now my father, who is 85 and had his feet infected 50 yrs ago, sees that this actually works, he will now go in and get his toe nails fixed. Yea! Their staff is polite and very professional. We really are very thankful to have found them.

I came to Clear Toes Clinic to try and get rid of my toenail fungus, which I had been trying to get rid of for years. Although I had high hopes for this procedure, from the very beginning, the staff was irresponsible and unprofessional at every turn. From my first call when I tried to set up a consultation, the lady on the phone confirmed THREE different appointments before finally giving me a date and time that wasn’t a mistake and then when I showed up, they sent me away because I happened to be breastfeeding and they needed a note from my doctor. Now, even though I know that a laser is only light(all at the same wavelength and amplified) and shouldn’t effect breastmilk, I googled it anyway, just to be safe. The first thing that popped up was THEIROWNWEBSITE, saying that it was fine… so why do I need to waste time and get a note? So, now I go in for the treatment. For a procedure that took about 10 minutes with a laser, I don’t know why it was so expensive. I decided to purchase a groupon for their service, which includes all 10 toes and a second treatment if the first didn’t work right(this was in writing on the groupon). So, the laser treatment worked for most of my toes(great!), it didn’t work on all of them. When I called to schedule my free second treatment after 4 months, they told me that I had to pay the groupon price again($ 300) if I wanted the second treatment!!! The second treatment comes free if you buy at their normal rate($ 500), so basically the groupon ends up being MOREEXPENSIVE. That makes a lot of sense… basically, it was ploy for you to spend more money. Anyway, this business is terrible. If you want to get your toenail fungus lasered, I would recommend the procedure, but not here. The staff are unprofessional, clearly uninformed about their tools(lasers) and follow bad business practices by promising one thing and then not delivering(not honoring their groupon). PS — They also call themselves a «spa» on Unilocal… it’s basically a bland office with a few rooms in the back. I guess they like to deceive people and calling it a spa does the job.
