I was told I had a month to month payment and used the internet for the first month, then when out of the country. I was Automatically billed every month thereafter when I was told by the representative that I would not be. I called to be refunded for the billed months when I returned to the country and they told me there was no refunds even though there was NO data usage for the months I was gone. I explained what had happened and what the sales representative had told me to no avail… Awesome customer satisfaction…
