The office team is very friendly and attentive. The maintenance team are courteous and helpful. Really enjoy the complex and it’s amenities. My only complaint would be noise related, 1. I can hear the neighbors who live above me all night long, 2. I live by the pool and in the summer time I can hear the pool gate slam against my bedroom wall and the noise echoes through the apartment.

I love living here. The facility is always clean. The staff is very helpful and nice. Great location in Midtown. Easy access to restaurants and bars, but still remains in a quiet area. I wouldn’t live anywhere else!

Perfect location, clean property, modern amenities. Love the salt water pool and the dog park. The gated parking garage is definitely a plus.
