Cicis Pizza

They are very unfriendly at this Cici’s. They did not want to accommodate anyone. I didn’t have a special order, but I saw others struggling. I did ask for French salad dressing and after handing me ranch 3 times, the lady said ‘no” and walked away. The boy making pizzas for the buffet said someone was so damn stupid, but I am not sure if it was in regard to the customer whose order went to the wrong table or the worker who delivered it.

First my brother ordered a deep dish Alfredo with all the meat, she totally brings out the wrong order. THEN we repeat the order, and she repeats it back and brings out a plain Alfredo, AGAIN wrong order. Only reason I gave 1 star is cause I had to.

I think the only good thing about this place is that it was clean (with the exception of the bathroom). My kid loves pizza, and this place showed up on Google maps so I decided to take him for a lunch date. When we walked in, there was no one at the front. We waited for a few minutes then I walked to the buffet line to ask for assistance. There was a lady refreshing the pizza. I’m going to assume she didn’t speak English because after asking twice she just smiled at me and pointed to the pizza. I went back to the register and waited a few more minutes. Finally, I told the lady (who probably has no clue what I said) that I was going to get food and pay when someone is around to take the money. I grabbed two cups, and we got our pizza. The place was nearly empty so they were extremely slow in refreshing the pizza. I also noticed the variety was very slim in comparison to other locations I’ve visited. The only cups they have are the extra small ones that look like they should be reserved for kids. I haven’t visited in a while, but they had no napkins or Parmesan cheese on the tables. Instead, you have to get the napkins by the register. The Parmesan cheese is only available in small packets by the drink fountain. Maybe that’s the standard now?
When we finished our lunch, I went up to the counter to pay. The lady at the register seemed very confused, and said I didn’t have to pay. I didn’t have 10 minutes to keep explaining it to her so I left. When someone give you money, you take it! Lol. Welp! Free lunch for us :)

The staff needs to learn some proper etiquette as well as toppings in English. One crew member threatened my 15 year old brother on his b day when he complained about receiving wrong pizza 3 times. This establishment had fallen apart it’s a shame groupon is only offering this location. They tried to feed my Muslim family sausage and say it wasnt. This was dishonorable as well. Nothing wrong with bi lingual staff or Spanish speaking but they should at least know how to understand the order

I don’t know why people are giving this place a bad review. The pizza is actually pretty good. Took my boyfriend here and the total was only $ 12 for unlimited pizza. They have a really yummy Alfredo pizza and even a cheese stuffed crust one. I think my boyfriend and I ate over a dozen slices (we were really hungry, don’t judge). Haven’t checked out the arcade or bathrooms which may be what ppl are giving negative reviews about.
Overall good pizza and good atmosphere. Would recommend for families or after sports games. It was busy when we went (around 2) so that’s a good sign.

I would pick another location to visit as far as if you’re extremely hungry and there’s barely anything restocked by the time you get there during dinner hours, including if you’re carrying out using the coupons. Dined twice here and have found other places to be just as busy, but with better customer service. Not to mention the food is never visually appealing or was it worth my wait for a pizza to go. Last time I visit here.

I won’t say I was expecting great quality food, but what I got is exactly what I expected. Upon arriving I took advantage of the coupons «2 can dine for 9.99» and it was worth it. On a Monday night, the restaurant was clean and well kept. The salad bar was stocked and the veggies were fresh and crisp. Although the pizza was mediocre as usual, I must say that I was disappointed in the cheesy bread, it was lifeless and meek. The staff were friendly and I even witnessed a manager successfully deal with a disgruntled customer. An accurate review would be that you are only going to get your moneys’ worth.

The old adage «you get what you pay for» never rang more true than at CiCi’s. Cheap price equals cheap quality equals cheap food here.
I came here with some others and not of my own choice. I should have tried the power of persuasion on them and went elsewhere because this was not a good choice for pizza or tummies.
CiCi’s is a buffet style yet you can place an order for custom pizza if you would like something other than what’s already prepared. One of our group ordered a spinach Alfredo type pizza while the rest of us went to the buffet. The pizza was a mix of fairly fresh to «been sitting there comfortably for awhile». The cheese was the expected pre-​packaged, bland mozzarella and that’s to be expected in this type place. The pepperoni was greasy with an overly salty preservative taste.
The requested spinach Alfredo didn’t fare much better. The spinach was not fresh and the sauce was runny. Again, there was a lack in flavor.
Other items on the menu included sausage, pepperoni and jalapeño, ground beef, vegetable, pepperoni and mushroom and other pizza varieties. Crust was available in thin or thick. For dessert there was Bavarian cream and cherry pastry type items. They were desserts but still just okay.
As far as a salad bar goes, don’t expect much. Nothing looked fresh and the variety was not much. I don’t like pre-​packaged salads and this is what the salad bar here looked like. If you prefer fresh, homemade salads you’ll be best off skipping the salad here. Dressings were the standard ranch, thousand island, etc. bottled kind.
Employees were friendly and worked to keep the tables clear and the floor swept. There were a few families here that annoyingly let their kids waste a lot of food. I can’t understand why a parent would let their child pile a plate full of pizza slices and then take one bite of one slice and leave the rest untouched only to be thrown away. Pure waste. It was obvious the parents were oblivious to good table and restaurant manners as well as not thankful for food. Plus no common sense.
One of our party had the displeasure of their tummy getting angry before we left the place. My own tummy was fussing at me but managed to stay strong. Immodium is something to always be thankful for just in case.
I don’t think anyone will be suggesting CiCi’s again. Surely not. If so, the suggestion will be met with a big and adamant «NO!»

We used to love going to the Cici’s in the Fort Worth area so thought we’d stop here. There was very little choice of salads which most Cici’s seem to have. On top of that most of the pizzas were all the same — soggy crust, lots of tomato based sauce but very little toppings. Forget this one for sure. We should have gone to a regular pizza place as the price would have been about the same but the taste much better.

The salad bar is not well stocked at all. They do not have any slots for many items that you would consider standard in a salad. The pizza was almost overcooked. The restaurant itself was clean except for the bathrooms. Service from the employees was good. I was greeted promptly on entering the restaurant with my two sons. They give free drinks to Ups and Walmart employees as a community benefit since a lot of the people in the area work at those two places. The men’s bathroom is always dirty though and it smells strongly of sewer in there. There is only one stall which is bad when they get busy. The women’s room has two stalls but the toilet seats are both badly damaged. I am told they are missing chunks of the seats. Overall, not really a place to go for a quality dining experience. If you are looking for a quick, cheap meal though and you don’t care about salads or the poorly maintained bathroom, this could be a place you might check out.

Cici’s is like an old friend you might not see often, but when you do, it’s a joyful reunion and false promises of more frequent visits.
I used to love Cici’s. Especially during my stoner days. Cici’s was THE PLACE to be if you had a serious case of the munchies. These days, I don’t get around often, but when I do, it’s the same as it always was.
I’m not a spinach person, but the spinach alfredo pizza is delicious. My only other favorite is pepperoni and jalapeño.
I never go during lunch rush. I usually go right after, so I’ve never had a problem with there not being fresh pizza out. Even if they don’t have it, they’ll make you one and bring it to you. You don’t get that at any other buffet.
The staff is always pleasant and friendly, and there’s always plenty of parking.

Worst cici’s. No fresh pizza being put out at 12 o clock… Peak lunch hour and they had 1 person making pizza what is this??? Pizza that was on the buffet line was hard and seems like it sat there forever. The only good pizza was the cake pizza which was on point. Everything else was not good at all.

Good option if you are looking pizza in the area. Not the best pizza in the world, but better than your normal pizza buffet. Solid three stars since if they don’t have what you are looking for out, you can request it and they will make it.
