This place is horrible I just blew $ 30 here, everything is broken, staff doesn’t care, no management, kids left with nothing. Horrible, will not be back. No stars

The customer service here is the man reason we keep coming back. My daughter loves to play the games and run around. She especially lives the choo choo train that she can get in by herself. She is still trying to master the jungle gym play place.

My daughter really likes to come to this place. I like the concept and really like how they stamp the kids and parents with the same number(only visible with a black light) to make sure no kid leaves without its parents/guardian. I would give it a higher rating, but overall maintenance of this location is lacking. We had several games that gave us errors, either did not work after inserting coins or did not dispense tickets. The staff attending our party was very friendly and helpful, and the pepperoni pizza was surprisingly good. I believe this location really needs substantial TLC, that way I am sure the experience would be much better.

The food is garbage, took a long time to arrive, was cold, and tasted like junk. In efforts to be consistent place was relatively dirty, especially the salad bar and drink area, but to make up for it the staff was inattentive and rude. I wish someone would provide an alternative option for parents with little kids — I would pay twice as much for mediocre service elsewhere.

This place is filthy! We took our niece and nephew a couple of weeks ago and I wanted to turn around the moment we stepped foot in the door. It reeked of dirty diapers! About 1⁄3 the games were broken or not dispensing tickets and there weren’t many options on top of that, I expected this place to be larger. The bathrooms and drink area were disgusting, paper everywhere, the soap dispenser looked as if it had exploded on the counter, paper towels all over the floor *shudder*. The only positive thing about this place is the salad bar, and that’s probably because it doesn’t get much use, but it was nicely stocked with fresh ingredients.

I mean, it’s Chuck E. Cheese’s. Lots of kids. It’s loud. I just went for a birthday party, so I don’t have much to comment on. I enjoyed a lot of pizza and the high energy. I wish I had that energy…

I can’t remember the last time I had been to a Chuck E. Cheese, before going today but I know at one point I loved it. Today my Grandmother, Mom, Daughter and I decided to visit around lunch time. For safety they now stamp entire families with the same number so that when you leave you are all matched together. In theory this is a nice feature but since the door didn’t seem to always be watched is probably not that effective. I wasn’t sure what there was for a 1 year old to get into, and honestly there isn’t much. The animatronic Chuck E. Cheese and pals were pretty much the same as I remember though they do have new outfits. It’s still kind of weird and I-m not sure my kid appreciated it. We got one of the package deals for a large pizza, four drinks and 30 tokens for 30ish bucks. The pizza is greasy, but not horrible. No one is expecting gourmet pizza(I hope). The drinks are refillable. Tokens… everything costs 1 token. That being said the few things my daughter could get into were rocking car, plane, etc type things they used to have for a quarter in front of the grocery store. The slide is for much larger kids. Maybe 3 and up? No ball pit(though admittedly those were probably a nightmare to clean as well as a germ haven…) Skeeball now has plastic balls instead of wooden and still yields tickets. The new feature is there is a machine that counts tickets for you and prints a receipt for you to take to the counter for prizes. Prizes have always been dicey for the amount of money you spend on tokens… but that is nothing new.

Twice in a row I’ve found a full box of matches on the stage where kids can get them. I’ve brought my 18 month old son and 6 year old niece here twice within a space of two weeks(June 14th and June 29th). BOTH times I have found a FULL box of MATCHES on the stage(where the animatronic animals are)! A full family-sized box of matches! See the pictures I posted. The first time, June 14th, I told the manager but the matches stayed there on the stage for 15 minutes until I got them MYSELF and gave them to the manager. The second time, June 29th, I told a staff member and she was like«Ummm, ok?» and was completely unapologetic. The matches were at the FRONT of the stage where my SIXYEAROLD niece showed them to me and asked what these were. This is in the birthday party area where there are usually LOTS of children and more children than adults, thus a greater chance of a kid wandering off and grabbing the matches. How could anyone think this was acceptable? Why did the staff leave matches there? Why did the staff take such an apathetic approach once I alerted them?

I used to love this place as a child. I was a regular here because it was so close to where I lived and also where many birthday parties were held. From the outside, it just looks like your average store in a strip center, but inside is a hipnotizing world full of coins, tickets, and large stuffed rats playing instruments. As a kid, this was a wonderland to me. As an adult and going back, I recognize some of the flaws in the food system. I do, however, still get the buzz that I used to when surrounded by tons of flashing lights and games. Chuck e cheeses is fairly safe for your child to run around and play by themselves. When entering, children get a matching stamp on their hand as their guardian that can only be seen under a black light. You can’t get out of the place with a child unless you have a matching number stamp. This place is crawling with children, but a real place to go if you want to make your children super happy!

I give this CEC a 5 star today. We went in the late evening and it was not packed :) they seemed short staff but the workers were very friendly and helpful. They had new games and all of them worked! :) we will and always come back!

I gave this CEC a 5. From the moment we got there till we walked out the door. Clean, friendly and not a lot of kids. The only thing is when we went to get our family booth picture the paper ran out. So that sucked. All in all the best one in Htown! We got a cheese pizza and some wings. The next time it will be only tokens and et out after!

This Chuck e cheese is beyond disgusting!!! My first time going to any chuck e cheese’s and I can’t believe people take their kids here. The restrooms have not been cleaned since the place opened I’m assuming, the sink handles have crust around them and I think it’s cleaner to just use your own sanitizer and not touch anything. The pizza is full of grease and I am sure none of those are fresh! Oh and let me mention how sad and dirty that Chuck e cheese character looked, he looked like he came straight out of the sewer to try and entertain kids. And the employees there, I don’t even want to begin to say how not happy they where to be there. Overall I will NOT ever go to this Chuck e cheese’s, HORRIBLEHORRIBLEHORRIBLE!!!

It isn’t fair for this Chuck E Cheese to be singled out among all the others as bad, esp since it is the one where parents are least likely to beat the heck out of each other. Let’s get this out of the way: Chuck E Cheese is boring as anything, expensive(why am I paying for my kid to play Mario Kart when we have it at home?!), and the food is gawdawful. Add to that the fact that I generally don’t like other peoples’ kids(and en masse, more so), and that’s the recipe for torture. Why give this location four stars then? Simple… all that is a given. Yeah, the Chuck E Cheese experience is generally going to suck. On the weekend, it will be crowded, and it will be loud and annoying. But what is nice about this location that is not a given with the others is the clientele. I’ve been to some of the others — there’s a reason Perez Hilton has been able to turn ¼ of his posts to assaults at Chuck E Cheese. The clientele is very often seedy and awful. Kids are annoying, but kids of awful parents are ten times worse and when trashy parents are in a building together, look out. So if your kid is determined to have the Chuck E Cheese experience, you’ll come out less damaged at this location. During the week in the summer, it can be downright dead in there and then you’re just broke. I’ll take that happily, esp since this one is down the street from my kid’s doc. This is an easy answer to «you just got five immunizations and that sucked» on a weekday — money can sometimes buy happiness, or at least ease the guilt. I’m not saying I’ll be encouraging my kid to come her or rush over, but if I have to hit up Chuck E Cheese’s, we’re going to seek this one out.

Was here last July for a birthday party… the place was a crowded loud madhouse… I expect children playing I do not expect completely unsupervised anything goes behaviour. the pizza was not very good and overly priced. The provided birthday cake was dry and nearly stale The table that was reserved for the party we were told to vacate before the child was finished opening his presents because more than an hour early they had to prepare for the 4:00 pm set of parties There was hardly anything for a 5 year old to do with his tokens I could not be paid to return to this location
