If I could give negitives stars I would. Chris is rude, snippy, does not communicate in a timely manner at all! She asked for paperwork not needed before looking or discussing our offer with her client. The paperwork would only be need down the road if it is accepted and we were moving forward. She asked for us to sign a paper getting preapoval from her two banks even though we had a preapoval through our own. She then had the nerve (while not communicating with us at all) to contact my lender. This is not your job as a realitor Chris! Just because you have not heard of them does not mean anything! Needless to say we walked even though we loved the house. If you make it this negative before the start! I could only imagine how far it was going to go and how long! As sad as I am not to get the house I feel so bad for her clients! Run from any deal this woman is involved in!

Mean, petty, vindictive, yells and screams at people if there is a difference of opinion. Does not communicate with her clients or other realtors. Does not respond to phone calls, text, or voicemails in any kind of manner that indicates she is involved in a transaction. She does not represent her profession. She appears not to enjoy any aspect about what she does. Find another realtor with a passion for what they do, Chris is in the wrong business.
