I recommend Chili’s close this location. This was my 3rd visit to this location in 6 months and the experience gets worse each time. Bartender is absent most of the time, and drinks are very weak. Seated for dinner waking up the host as he had his head lying down as if taking a nap. Waiter was less than attentive, ordered appetizer and dinner. Dinner came out first and I alerted the waiter we didn’t get our appetizer, he blamed it on problems w/the Kitchen and went to check on. As he left I realized I didn’t have silverware, couldn’t locate him so flagged down another waiter. Our waiter returned about 15 minutes later w/appetizer.(Do you think they forgot?) Drink refills were extremely hard to come by as our waiter was MIA most of the time. No manager ever came by to apologize for late appetizer or check on our table. And yes we were charged for appetizer with no apology. The icing on the cake was my bathroom visit before leaving, extremely unsanitary conditions! I was shocked how poorly the restroom was maintained. Needless to say I will not return and suggest the health department check out this place. If they’re not cleaning the bathrooms, are they cleaning the kitchen? Unfortunately you cannot select zero stars.

This was by far the absolute worst experience at any restaurant I have taken my family to in years. Everything was was wrong with this experience. Seating, the long wait we were told was because the Restaurant was understaffed. It was Sunday early afternoon. The waiter did the best that he could, but was unable to keep up with his tables at all. The drink orders from the bar never arrived, after waiting over 30 minutes. The food we received was«fair» at best. None of this was the waiters fault, although I suspect he received a great deal of angry feedback from customers. This to me is sub-par management at its very worst. Whoever the managers are at this location need to be trained better to deal with situations like this so that the customers do not suffer. It cost way too much to eat out these days to have poor service from start to finish. I never even saw a manager walking around to apologize, check on customers, or helping the staff get through this. I honestly do not see myself or my family ever going to this location again. Customers BEWARE!

The service at this place is so far below acceptable standards that it should have a NEGATIVE5RATING. THEYCONTINUALLYUNDERSTAFFTHISPLACEANDTHESTAFFISINCOMPETENT. I would NEVER recommend this palace to anyone. If you want good service you should go somewhere else. 240pm Ordered drinks and at 310pm the drinks have still not arrived. The tatted up bartender lacked complete competence to be tending the bar.

Horrible doesn’t begin to describe this place! We waited 10 minutes to be sat, and our host had to clear and wipe the table, and it took another 10 minutes to even be approached by a server. We gave drink and food orders at once, and informed our server that we were on a time crunch, so we just ordered apps. The food came out quickly, and after 30 minutes of not getting our drinks from the bar, we had to go. This was ridiculous, and after that lack of service I definitely need a drink!

Yesterday, my girlfriend and I ordered spinach queso. When it came out, I notice the spinach queso was a little watery, and it tasted a little funny. We were a bit hungry and did not want to wait again, just went ahead and eat it. 10′ later, my gf went to the bathroom with a upset stomach. As we have left the restaurant, she had began to felt nauseous, and at this point, I realized that Chili’s had fed us frozen, spoil spinach!

I stopped by last night for drinks & an appetizer before heading to the movie theater. Our bartender was nice. How lame is it that I didn’t know what a «well drink» was lol. He took the time to explain it to me and even recommended a few favorites. I ordered a half order of Texas cheese fries. It took over 27 minutes to receive this order, which was very annoying because I didn’t want to be late for the movie. The restaurant was not busy at all. I sat at the bar, and there were only two other people in that sections. When the food finally arrived, another employee came over to talk to her friend who was sitting just a few stools over from me. This ruined the entire experience. I felt like I stepped right into an episode of Blackish. She used extreme profanity and racial slurs. That was very unprofessional and made me uncomfortable. I’m glad Chili’s has the Kiosks so I didn’t have to wait for the bartender to returned. I just swiped my card and quickly got away from there. If I return, I will not sit at the bar. A little privacy for date night would be better.

$ 4.50 frozen margaritas and the food was good. It’s Chili’s. BUT the waitress was really trying to get us out, even though we wanted to relax and unwind. We wish she were more patient. Also, the bathroom was messy :/

Waited 5 minutes after i ordered tea and it still had not been brought to the table. I got up and left. They never tried to take my order. This was 2:30 in the afternoon. They were not busy at all.

I don’t mind this Chili’s. It is okay when you want to grab a beer and watch the game. They have TVs at the bar and usually food and drink discounts during NFL games. We got some nice southwestern egg rolls for half-off and a 2 for $ 20 during the games and that food came out quickly and correctly, and everything tasted good. I had the mango-chile tilapia with rice and broccoli, which was quite good and low calorie. I would recommend this place.

So I had to come here because someone I was with wanted to come here. I haven’t been to a chain like this since I was hungry in Maine in 2008, when I went to an Applebee’s at midnight after serving as a voting observer for my presidential candidate. I feel dirty. You know what, though? The current incarnation of Chili’s isn’t as horrible as I expected. The beer(St. Arnold’s!) was cold and poured in a nice frosted cup(I’m a sucker for frosted cups, which I’m sure are gauche). The salad(which I later discovered was incredibly unhealthy and not even as carb-light as I expected!) was pretty tasty, although stuffed full of iceberg lettuce and other random bits of water solidified-in-plant-protein. The bartender was friendly. I was utterly puzzled by the tabletop ipad-like ordering system, but the bartender told me not to worry about it and just tell him what I wanted to eat, which is usually how I handle restaurants but is apparently no longer the rule. Anyway, there’s still literally no excuse to come here in an increasingly great food city like Houston. Thai Bistro is feet away, in case you’re on your way here and are too lazy to even leave this strip center. But here is where my companion wanted to go, so here is where I went. It wasn’t horrible. It’s wasn’t even aggressively bad. And the things that were bad weren’t the fault of this particular Chili’s, but the fault of The American Fast-Casual Chain Restaurant. You won’t die if you come here. Really.

It was an okay visit not the fastest service. Waited to be seated, when the restaurant was practically almost empty.

Okay experience… not outstanding service where I will drive out of my way to come here. It’s clean, service was okay, and food was average. What prevented this location from being a 5 star place is we had to wait to be seated when the entire restaurant only had 3 families seated.

We enjoyed a very nice dinner after a long tough day. Waitress was real nice and attentive. Had our favorite Fajitas Trio and it was cook to perfection. Never felt rushed or bugged for add ons. Just a really nice experience,

Natalie was amazing. Our original server was not very good and Natalie stepped up to the plate and took over. Will def come back and ask for her. Wonderful service.

I come here often because it is near my job. But, sadly, perhaps because I sit in the bar I’m always disappointed. It’s usually dirty and the wait time is very long. BUT, in Chilis fashion, the food is always yummy.

Okay, so it’s no surprise that this Chili’s location has a two star rating. Chili’s is notorious for having mediocre food and problematic dining experiences. If I didn’t have a gift card then I would not even consider going to Chili’s. My issues with this Chili’s is the incompetence of the cooks in the kitchen. In the past two weeks I have decided to order to-go from Chili’s for lunch. Both times I ordered the double burger with no mustard or tomato. Mustard makes my stomach hurt and tomatoes are just a preference thing. The first time I ordered my food online and the second time I ordered over the phone. Seems to me like no one can take specific directions over the phone AND computer. The less toppings on the burger, the simpler it should be to get the order correct. right? Nope. Both times the kitchen managed to get my order wrong which caused me to go over my break time because I had to wait for them to correct my order. I should have learned my lesson not to order the burger after the first incident, but now I definitely learned my lesson. Unfortunately I still have some balance left on my gift card so I’ll have to make another visit to Chili’s, but I will definitely remember to stay away from all burgers/sandwiches or just give the gift card to someone…

Called them and had their best dessert. Ordered their new Skillet Peanut Butter cookie. It was really perfect for my afternoon, I really needed that kind of very tasty smell. The vanilla ice cream was super good, the caramel sauce was really good. I really love it.

Terrible. Every table was dirty with dirty dishes everywhere on the half walls, tables, seats… service was so bad we couldn’t even get silverware because«no one was rolling them.» Server was gone for long chunks of time. Very dirty.
