I like chilis but do not plan to come to this location again !!!

Well momma said if u can’t say something nice don’t say anything at all. But I’m still going to say what I want. First of all I walk in and the restaurant is filthy. That alone should of been the sign to get out but I was with another couple and didn’t want to be rude. The strawberry lemonade I ordered was so watered down I couldn’t taste the lemonade. I got mango ice tea and it was better. We ordered Texas cheese fries which were descent I mean u really can’t mess up cheese fries. I ordered the steak with Mac and cheese and loaded mashed potatoes and I was so disappointed. It was less than mediocre. Steak had no taste, Mac and cheese has Jalapeños wtf that was not on the menu!!! Husband got Cajun pasta was mediocre. Will never be here again!!!

This place is not going to last much longer. WOW this place needs some serious management change… couldn’t find which was worst food or service.

The waiter was rude. The Caesar salad sucked. The croutons were stale and the lettuce was nasty. The steak was too salty. It just wasn’t a good experience overall.

Generally I would pass on any Chilli’s, but I had a hungry/pregnant wife in the car and we were driving back to Dallas hence getting caught in this 1 star nightmare. So the location of this Chilli’s pretty much fits the 1 star. I highly doubt the manager here would care about any of these reviews because the type of people eating in this establishment would consider McDonald’s a gourmet hamburger. 45 min wait to get out food… I did speak to the manager and he did comp the prison slop. Comping my food doesn’t budge me one bit on the one star I have given because the manager is a slob… If he can read and has made it to my review, here are some tips… 1. The customer is always right! I know this is a loose phrase, but in your restaurant please trust me when I tell you The customer is always right! Don’t make excuses just apologies and make it right. If my wife was not pregnant I would have lit you up and embarrassed you in front of your staff and the restaurant 2. For parties of more than one person always bring the food out together… A gentleman will wait for his wife’s food to arrive before eating and by the time you got my wife’s food out my food was cold. Hell’s Kitchen is a great reference for firing up tickets… Your cooks mess up in the kitchen should not make my meal suffer. If I have to wait longer that’s fine with me and most others will wait too, just offer an appetizer and an apology and act like you care. 3. Your restaurant is filthy, clean the bathrooms, clean the booths with something other than a gross ass toilet rag, clean the ketchup bottles(the grease hands prints on them) clean your front door, CLEAN Everything! Also repair booths with rips in the seat. I cannot image what the kitchen looks like. The staff should also look clean. You have a nice crowd for lunch from what I saw in terms of size. Now Think about this… Do all of the above and then put a Unilocal sticker in your window and watch your reviews explode. Cleaning and smiling and greeting people go a very very long way. I’m going to also send a note to your regional manager.

My daughter and I came in and waited for at least 10 minutes to be greeted or seated… the restaurant was not filled to capacity. We ordered our food and after being told it would come out three times… the manager brought out my salad 45 minutes later stating the dressing was added to the salad by mistake… well when he brought the right salad, the quesadillas were cold as it was from the very first salad.

I don’t know why there are such negative reviews! First time here and it has been delightful! I got baked potato soup and it was LOADED and delicious. Our waiter was wonderful, letting us get both chips and dessert with our coupon since it was happy hour.

If I could give less I would. First off I love frozen margaritas so I ordered one but it was the worst frozen Margarita I ever had. It was more like a creamy slushy, idk how they even d to get the consistency like that. Also my husband ordered a burger with no onions but he did want pickles. His burger came and it had onions, which he didn’t want, but instead of pickles it had cucumbers. Very random. We were shocked. I ordered a small guac and I was also disappointed there was a noticeable size peel in it. Ugh this location makes me not want to ever go to chillis again. I knew some ex workers from there and they recommended if I got a drink get it in a to go cup because they don’t clean the dishes right. How gross is that. Somebody is going to get sick from there one day.

The Crispy Chicken Tacos and they were good. The service here still lacks. Our server seemed pretty out of it and forgot stuff.

Overall a positive experience. The food is average, or rather on par with any other Chili’s I’ve been to. The 2 for $ 20 is a pretty good deal in my opinion. The service was good, and really no complaints over all. Perhaps its because I went at dinner time as opposed to lunch?

Worst chili’s ever! Bartender could careless about what I wanted to order. Asked about happy hour and she turned around grabbed a menu and tossed it to me, never said a word. I ordered a beer and an app then left. I was talking to a wall while drunk one time and that wall had more personality than this bartender. Food was what helped give this place 1 star, oh you can’t give 0 stars… umm well yea 1 star works

I have been to several«Chili’s» and this is by far the worst experience I have ever encountered. First and foremost, I have never had a bad experience, this place was so bad that it really almost makes me not want to visit this chain establishment again. We waited 30 minutes, before our waitress(Raquel) came to wait on us and ask us for our drinks. Then another 30 minutes before our food order was taken and another hour before the food arrived. I was annoyed with the wait time, I asked to get my order to go. The waitress then leaves and takes 20 mins, and brings the food in a box no condiments, no bag, and then goes on to say that she dropped the lettuce on the floor that was in a small serving container and asked if we wanted to place that in the box with our food. I had a blank stare on my face, because I couldn’t believe what she just said. It took the world for me not to go left on her a%^. I asked to speak to a manager, but I could hear him screaming at the cooks in the kitchen and I didn’t want to wait another 30mins to an hr to speak to someone, so we just left. The only decent person that act like they understood our frustration was another waiter named Terry. He saw how we were being treated, and I think if he was our waiter, he would have taken better care of us, but you could tell this guy was already overwhelmed with handling multiple tables. They should promote this guy to manager, he was busting his tail off and he apologized for the experience we had as we were leaving.

The Chili’s chain has progressively gotten worse and worse as a whole. This review is coming from when I ordered to-go a few days ago. At 6:20 pm, I called in my order for two margarita grilled chickens, and an order of chips and salsa. They told me my order would be ready in ten minutes. At 6:35, I arrive, and the bartender told me my order was not yet ready. Not only was the restaurant SOCOLD that I was literally trembling and my teeth were chattering, I sat there at the bar waiting for my order until 6:50 and was never even offered water or a soda while I waited. The restaurant wasn’t even remotely busy! Such a miserable experience. I wouldn’t have minded the wait if they had told me that my food would be ready in 30 minutes instead of 10, but that didn’t happen. The food was mediocre at best. Don’t waste your time on this place. Chili’s is a dying breed.

In the history of Chili’s restaurants, this has to be one of the worst. I normally like Chili’s for it’s quick food and cheap prices, but this Chili’s has the worst service ever. If you plan on going here for lunch, make sure you have well over an hour. This location can NEVER get you out of there in under. When I go I typically order soup and salad, along with my colleagues. Easy, right? You’d think so, but it is not the case here. Typically this location takes ATLEAST30 minutes just to bring soups and salads. Ridiculous, especially when people are pressed for time during lunch hours. Following getting your food, it takes forever to get a bill processed. Last time we went our waitress quickly threw our checks on the table and fled. We all had our cards out, ready to go, but we had to wait another ten minutes for her to return. As for safety, I’ve read about in other reviews, I don’t think it is really a concern. I work for the district close by and have never had problems. I think it may have been an isolated incident. There are certainly an assortment of people there, but wake up, this is America and you’re eating at Chili’s, not Vic & Anthony’s. My main issue is with the service and lack of managerial presence to correct these problems. With a few simple adjustments, this could be a better location. Until then, I may reconsider visiting.

This restaurant makes me want to take back every one star rating I’ve ever given. I clearly do not meet the standard demographic of this place, and I felt more endangered than when I took a bus to Tijuana and walked across the border. This place is in the GHETTO(am I allowed to say that?). 1. I hate chain restaurants(minus two stars already). I was there for a work situation. Still, no excuses, I went there. I am ashamed. 2. To paint a picture of the patrons: barefoot children running into the kitchen, servers with facial piercings and an unfamiliar form of spoken English, no host, several large, tatted, cut-off sleeved, bald men at the bar, and my favorite the morbidly obese. 3. The food was gross. I got a salad of iceberg lettuce completely soaked in dressing. However, it’s Chilis, what can I expect. 4. The woman at the table sitting next to us was something I couldn’t have imagined if I had eaten mushrooms before we arrived. She had curved fingernails that were about 8 inches long! They were like the claws of a two-toed sloth, but worse. They had been airbrushed orange and she was holding her personal items with a self-taught death grip to accommodate these monsters. As we eavesdropped her conversation with the crowd of waitresses around here, we gathered that she grows out her fingernails(and toenails — so gross I won’t even go there) and sells them on the internet!!! How is there a market for that??? Sick. 5. Time to go. Finally. We leave, only to find that my boss’ rental car had been broken into via the window and her laptop stolen in a lit area in front of the restaurant. 6. The police came, and they wouldn’t even get out of their vehicle. Enough said about our safety at this point. Overall, I would say do not go to this restaurant unless you are into masochism, fetishes, gang banging, upset stomach, or an overall desire to put yourself in danger. With that said our waiter and the manager were pleasant. I left here far too long after I would have liked with a decreased faith in humanity, one less anxiety pill in my purse, a stomach ache, and an urge to buy a Tazer.

Not many vegetarian options when you eat out with your family. I found the waitress intimidated because I asked if this had meat in it or any animal products. She was rude agitated and a hot mess. Very ignorant of her to get rude because I don’t eat meat. All I can suggest is chip and dip. Black beans/rice. Maybe their spinach dip depending if you are a vegan. Stay away from the salads they are not vegetarian friendly. Most of the stuff on the menu is partially hydrogenated that goes for non vegetarians as well that watch their healthy. Salt is common and not friendly if you are sodium sensitive.

Fellow Luncher has always been a fan of Chili’s and I just kind of tag along with him but this past Friday lunch experience has made me a fan myself. We came in for a special promotion they have going on. If you haven’t seen the commercials on TV, you get 1 appetizer, 2 entrees, and 1 dessert for 20 dollars! We had the half order of Texas Cheese Fries for the appetizer and the Molten Chocolate Cake for dessert. He had the Country Fried Steak and I had the Mushroom Swiss Burger. Everything tasted delicious-o-yummy-in-ma-tummy! I was really worried that with the crowd the food would be sloppily prepared but everything came out perfect, and in a timely manner. I think they really stepped up their staff number. Because I’ve been here a few times and the wait is usually long, even during the after lunch rush when there’s hardly anybody there. Yet this time we got seated right away and when our waiter came we gave him our complete order. We were given our drinks promptly and our courses came at perfect intervals. He even bought refills out for us without us having to ask, that was a very nice touch. All in all, this deal is too good to pass up. Our portions were so big we each had a to go box. So you’re getting a 3 course meal and a midnight snack, for two, for only 20 bucks! Hello??? Invite someone you’ve been having your eye on to dinner here already!

I love to eat at chilli’s but only the ones @ 290. This chilli is always packed during the weekends. I give them props for trying hard to help everyone when it gets full, but when that happens you can tell that the arguing begins within its staff. I didnt enjoy it becouse I felt rushed to eat so someone else can eat. I would not recommend this place unless you have the patience to wait to get seated.
