I’m sure we all want to hurry and get off of work as soon as possible and by the last hour most of us «clock out». Unfortunately if you are clocked in, you need to work.
A friend and I decided to go for dinner after a long day at work. We chose to go through the drive thru and the lady on the speaker was so nice and polite! But as soon as we get to the window the young lady was clearly done for the day. She gave us my sandwich and said they were just waiting on my friend’s salad. After some seconds and her walking around just laughing and joking around, she gave us the salad and walked away.
We patiently waited for our drinks, thinking she was going to get them. After a minute, she finally returns to the window and gives us a total for the guest behind us. She realized it was still us, giggled and asked if there was anything we needed. Kindly responded with, «our drinks please». She then turned to her left and grabbed two drinks that were sitting there since we first pulled up. Had to ask for straws and kindly thanked her for her amazing service and drove away. (Allow me to keep this short)

On the way to Houston for a concert, and stopped for a quick bite on the way. I had an order for three people, but it wasn’t a «large» order by any means. Having said that, this is the only time that my order has ever been wrong. We were too far down the road to turn around, but that missing grilled chicken sandwich would’ve been nice. The food we received was good, as always, but upset about the missing food.

I don’t know why this Chick fil A can’t get their act together! Every other CFA I’ve ever been to has been impeccable in terms of service, speed and accuracy. This location still feels like it just opened last week. They’re constantly forgetting things like salad dressing, condiments, etc. Today I went and ordered two adult meals and one kids meal. I got home and they had forgotten to give me the kids meal (but charged me for it). I gave my daughter the chicken off of my salad and then headed back to the restaurant. I expected them to apologize profusely and offer me a gift card or something for the hassle but there was NO apology or anything. They refunded the salad and made me a new one, but the whole experience was very frustrating. I don’t know how the corporate office lets this fly when they obviously have very high expectations.

This location is honestly a disappointment to chick-​fil-​a. The first time I dined in, they messed up my order completely, and had half of the things in the menu out. The second visit I have made again they completely forgot about my order, and I went to ask for it after 10 minutes and they said oh sorry we didn’t have the order ready «forgot my order again», next I wanted to purchase my favorite cookies and paid. Later on into 5 minutes of waiting they said they couldn’t make them, and refunded my money back. Like seriously I believe chick-​fil-​a is about pleasing the customers. Probably the WORST location to EVER. IM Definitely NOT coming back ever again I prefer driving further for great service rather than none at all.

We stopped in at this location to have a quick lunch but as soon as we received our food my spicy chicken sandwich was completely burnt crisp i asked for a replacement but it took forever until we called the manager over and explained the situation and to top it off we had a soup which it tasted burnt and had a foreign object, we always frequent chick file a but this location is bad.

Pretty good spot for a quick lunch. Drive-​thru is always a nightmare traffic wise, but they still manage to be pretty efficient and have always gotten my orders right.

I love Chick-​Fil A, but this location is horrible. I went on Monday got a cob salad and found a bug in it, went there again today and guess what another bug! What is going on? Who knows how many bugs I’ve ate without noticing.

Took 10mins to get my order when there wasn’t many people. There is food on the floor, tables are a mess and the trash can is more than full. I don’t think I’ll be coming back here.

The service here was great when they first opened up. It has gone down hill, it’s nice that they give young people opportunities, but they need to work on the customer service. They are slow, the orders are wrong it’s not even worth driving back. So sad!!! I ordered a salad and they just gave grilled nuggets in the salad, lazy!!! Didn’t have the lemonade that I order, but took them five minutes to tell me they were out.

Constantly messes up my order during dinner rush. They have all these people outside to expedite everything, but they don’t check their orders going out the window. You need up up QA, seriously.

I wrote a harsh review of this CFA location soon after it opened, and I feel like I need to write a better one now because the service level has increased dramatically. Fair is fair.
I often take my kids to this CFA on Saturday mornings so that my wife can sleep in. We order, dine in, and play on the playground for a long time. Lately the employees have been much more warm, outgoing, polite, etc. Basically they have become what I am used to from CFA workers.
Just last Saturday I was conversing with an employee named Jason and I must have mentioned that my daughter had just had her birthday that week. I took her to the restroom, and when we came back out Jason had a gift package ready for her. He also gave a little gift to my son so that he wouldn’t feel left out.
It is little gestures like these that go a long way with customers like me. Jason was already a great CFA employee in my book, and he cemented that position in my mind with his thoughtfulness on Saturday.

Who doesn’t love chick-​fil-​a? No one. I rarely like or eat chicken and I love chick-​fil-​a.
Chicken strips are the best dipped in chick fil a sauce with an order of waffled flies dipped in Polynesian sauce. Petes hot sauce is also delicious and mixed with chick fil a sauce.
If you order the chick fil a sandwich which is another great order try it with a whole wheat bun and extra pickles with chick fil a sauce.

The only reason I decided to write a review for this particular location is because the fountain drink machine is free-​access to the diners, rather than being behind the cash registers. No other chick fil a that I’ve ever been to has this set up, and I’ve been to probably more than 2 dozen locations. Yay convenient drink refills!
The reason it’s not 5 stars is because the last two times I came, the bread on my sandwich was cold, like straight out of the refrigerator cold.

This is by far the worst Chick-​Fil-​A I have ever ate at. I recently moved to the area so I eat here numerous times a week and I have yet to meet sincere employee here. I just left fathomed by the fact that the girl at the register was literally staring at a guest as he walked away because he was missing an arm. The lady at the register was staring so hard that she couldn’t even take her eyes off of him to call the next guest. I’m just happy that I’m the one who noticed her staring problem and not the man missing an arm. I can’t believe I just witnessed this, especially from a Chick-​Fil-​A employee. Seriously disappointed…

Always quick and prompt service. Always seems to get my order right. I like that about this place so keep up the good work employees. You will go far. Also while you are at it get the cool wrap. It is good and I think healthy.

Very fast service. I went at night, 45 minutes they closed. Even at this time, the staff there still had a smile in their faces on their faces and were very polite. I got a spicy sandwich deluxe .The food was served hot and it taste good.

I go to this Chick-​Fil-​A pretty often since it’s in the work area. Now I know everyone may have a tough time in the AM but how hard is it to say «Thank you», «My Pleasure», «Have a good day.» You get my drift. However, Ms. Grace has been rude to me a few times in the drive-​thru these last few weeks. Like really girl? What’s the beef? You are very nice on the inside and I think that’s where you should stay. Crack a smile in the drive-​thru window, it will not hurt. This has been grinding my gears for weeks. Whew!

Order the same salad every time I go in, and sub out the normal chicken for the spicy chicken doesn’t seem like a tall order does it?
They refused to make it, yet had employees basically meandering around the store’s lobby accomplishing nothing, when the manager did finally arrive the explanation they gave was «we don’t have time». Well I guess you don’t have time for my business then, being that you’re grossly overpriced to begin with customer service should be a given and it’s not. This manager and clerk should be in another line of work not in public service. There are far too many other options out there to treat your paying customers this way.

Great location, and easy to get on and off the freeway. I needed a salad for lunch the next day so swung by on my way home. There are two drive thru lines and it goes really fast. No complaints.

I just stopped in for a quick snack before catching a movie. The guy serving me was super friendly and my food was tasty. Try the shakes if you haven’t had one before, they are pretty good.
