I am a big fan of chick fil a. But today they let me down. This is by far the worst chick fil a I have been to. The service was terrible. The girls at the counter seemed like they had better things to do. When I got home. I checked my sandwich and somehow they managed to forget the chicken breast. Yes!!! The main part to the sandwich was not there. I had to eat a Blt.

Horrible service chose to do drive thru today and got the nastiest food ever. I got a #2 with extra pickles but somehow didn’t get the extra pickles!!! The fries were all cold and the breaking on my chicken came off completely. I should of known better this location always comes short to my expectations.

Always friendly and fast service! Even when there is a new person, they seem to have it all figured out. This mall is really busy so I appreciate the fast service because employees of the mall don’t have a long enough break to stand in line forever!

First time at Chick-​Fil-​A! I always try to choose a restaurant’s specialty so I went with the Chicken Sandwich, Waffle Fries and Lemonade. I was surprised it only totaled $ 7! They also have a good assortment of dipping sauces and I wanted to try the Chick-​Fil-​A sauce. The actual chicken sandwich was really tasty! The chicken was crispy, well seasoned and was quality white meat. The chicken wasn’t dry but the sandwich as a whole could have benefitted from a sauce. I’m a waffle fry lover and these were really disappointing. They weren’t seasoned or crispy at all. Plus, the Chick-​Fil-​A sauce was unbearably sweet. Overall, I loved the quality of the food compared to other fast food restaurants. However, I wish the other items on the menu were on par with the chicken sandwich. Would go back, but wouldn’t go out of my way to do so.

This is probably my least favorite Chick-​Fil-​A location. The workers tend to forget things and the inside does not look as clean compared to other locations. Plus there is always a long line. Spicy chicken sandwich and waffle fries always wins it though.

LOVE Chick-​Fil-​A! My absolute favorite is the chicken nuggets with honey mustard dipping sauce! YUM! Most of the time there is a long line (during lunch hours and on weekends), but it moves fairly quickly. And I love that they have Simply Orange orange juice! The staff is friendly and moves quickly.

Of the many chain-​y eateries throughout the Galleria food court, it seems Chick-​Fil-​A is always the one with a line. How could it be with the infinite locations throughout the HTown area that a line should even be forming here? It’s pretty simple: The food is good. And that’s saying something for fast food and even more so, a food court.
Even if the fries are hard to win me over, the chicken is always a hit. From classic strips to nuggets, or their pseudo-​healthy (oxymoron?) line of grilled chicken, I can attest even the Galleria location has it right. Even the breakfast hour, which is typically my favorite time to come, has a lot to offer. Those minis and even the sausage biscuit, are very hard to resist.
But fast food aside, the customer service really shines. The expectations are never high when it comes to a fast food joint, but they do a good job of staying polite and efficient. The latter is especially important when a massive line forms (breakfast + lunch is the worst!). They won’t skimp on sauce packets, worth noting for the dipheads out there
Supposedly they also do catering. Life just got better.

Always a line no matter what time of day I pass by this store. Great service however, and I am always guaranteed a tasty chicken meal with well cooked fries! They’re nice about giving plenty of sauce!

Great salad. Great Sandwiches. Unbeatable chicken! Very organized and Grab your own sauces makes this a great palce to eat. The only thing preventing me from giving this place a 5 star is the fact that this place constantly forgets to give me my Salad Dressing. If you order a salad here ask the cashier to get the dressing before you even go pick up your order. Dont wait for them to put it in the bag. Yes you could check it yourself, but thats only if you have 1 order and not picking up for others and on a short lunch.

Service is great. The girl working that made my chocolate shake made me laugh. Definitely higher quality service than many many fast food places.

Not sure why I’m writing this review for a fast-​food chicken place, but why the hell not, I suppose.
I’d heard of this place and they opened one in a suburb of Chicago. But since I was at the Galleria and and wanted to get a little snack, we went to the food court.
Since I wanted to see why people said CFA is to die for, I ordered the Nuggets and yes — I can safely say that these tasted good! I surprised as I was expecting some Kentucky Fried Chicken, rubbery rip-​off!
Service was really quick, also. no complaints there!

Chicfila food is always great but the staff here is soooooo slow. There is one super polite guy always walking around refilling drinks and handing out wet naps

I got lunch from Master Wok (down just a few spots away from the ice rink) but decided to swing through Chick-​Fil-​A to grab some ice tea and french fries. Good god they are both amazing! I certainly abused the privilege of the free refills.

Not as good as other locations I have been to, but it hit the spot and since Chick-​Fil-​A is hard to come by in Northern California, I had to make my pitstop.
The food was good but the customer service was a little hap-​hazard hence the 3 star review, but I figured it was because of the mall location and how busy it was. I think this location would do better with an order taker and a food runner-​not the same person doing both as our cashier/​food getter had a hard time staying focused and listening as we had to repeat our order several times…

Chick-​fil-​a is quite possibly my favorite fast food chain outside of In-​n-​Out. The food is good, the service is fast, and the majority of it is healthy. Well, the fried stuff still isn’t, but all the grilled stuff is.
I almost always go for their grilled chicken salads. I don’t know what it is they do to their chickens to get them to taste like that, and I gotta figure it’s all chemicals, but I just can’t get enough of their grilled chicken.
The one downside to this place is the fact that they have about 10 registers and room for about 6. This leads to a lot of confusion as to who’s in line and who’s just waiting for food.

Mooover fast food competition, Chik Fil A has better customer service. I was strolling down the food court inside the galleria feeling a little indecisive about where to eat., when I passed by Chik FIl A.
Valerie stood with a tray full of chick fil a nuggets. With a genuine smile, she offered me a nugget. The nuggest she handed me was a two bite nugget. I dipped it in the new Chick Fil A sauce that bares the same name. Wow! I enjoyed the flavor combination. I continued walking along the food court. Ruling out other restaurants for one reason or another, I returned to Chik Fil A for more of those nuggests.
The sauce is good it reminds me of a honey mustard. As I read the ingredient list they added BBQ sauce to it too. Though you couldn’t tell from looking at the yellow/​orange color of the sauce.
Service is fast. Cashiers are efficient, occassionally friendly.
Chick Fil A is the only fast food place that serves waffle fries. On this occasion, they were a little under seasoned but I didn’t mind.
The flavor of the chicken makes it the best; it’s both sweet and savory. I wonder how many spices/​ingredients go into chick fil a breading. Natural chicken has been a trendy band wagon many companies have jumped on in recent years. Chick fil a has been using it for decades.
