My husband and I love this place. We recommended it to my father in law and he loves it as well. They will deliver up to 10 miles. The food is always fresh and hot. They have renovated the place in the last few years but I don’t see any price hikes. The prices are very reasonable. The location is not the greatest but the food is worth it. Just have it delivered if ordering after dark. Lunch plates are excellent and portions are generous. I highly recommend this place.

Happy New Year!!! New management, new recipes. Restaurant recently got a face lift, new atmosphere and fresh paint. North Houston’s best Chinese food. This little gem is open until 1am, 7 days a week for delivery and take out. Don’t pay attention to the complainers on here, give us a try.

I wish I would of read the reviews first. #SAVEYOURSELF! I ordered delivery and the food was garbage. This place should be shut down or reported to the food authority. I ordered general tsau chicken, they brought orange chicken. Old as orange chicken looks like they took it out the freezer and microwaved it with a little water added. It was crunchy and soggy. Also ordered cream cheese wonton and they sent spring rolls. The fried rice was so salty it felt like taking sips of sea water. Could not stand the salty Ness. only took like 4 spoons down because I was hungry. They gave me a hot and sour soup, that immediately after having some, I got stomach sick. Fuck this place is disgusting. I feel bad I waisted 23 $ on crap I couldn’t even eat. I walked to mc donalds and went for a big Mac instead.

So this is not a fancy Asian restaurant but a local Chinese joint. For lunch their menu consists of many entrees including fried rice, cup of soup and fried spring roll. The place is small and simple with great prices on their menu items. I ordered my usual fave which is the Kung Pow Chicken with won ton soup. The Kung Pow chicken is a little spicier than your local Chinese joints but I almost appreciate the fact that it had a kick since the warning on the right side of the menu with the pepper made sense for this dish. Their food is not bad, just not the best and play it very safe, yet you cannot argue whenever you are given a large lunch plate for only $ 7. It is tasty, cheap, fast, and enough to have left overs for tonight.

Soggy rice, chicken looks questionable, and a worm in my soup. That I didn’t get a spoon for… Thank god.

After receiving this food an hour and a half late, opening it to find it cold. Being overcharged for their late night menu, which doesn’t exist anywhere online. and then being called names the next day when I called back to discuss the problem after I couldn’t get ahold of them the night of the order because they closed early. This by far was the worst customer experience I have ever had in my life.

Ordered LATE, as my food options were limited at almost 1AM on a Sunday night. Good customer service and super fast delivery. The orange chicken was average, not good or bad. Generous portions.

ZERO star! Do yourself a favor. DONTORDERFROMTHISOVERPRICEDRESTAURANT. Staying near IAH for the night, this is the only restaurant would deliver to the hotel in the area. I ordered 3 things, wonton soup, chicken wings, and dumplings. The bill came to $ 19.17? I suspect they added the delivery charge without telling me. Was told the delivery time is aprox 45 – 50 mins. I finally called the restaurant after 1:20 mins, Was told: there is nothing they can do. Was no apology and was sooo rude they way they spoke to me. Food arrived after 1:35 mins, it was not hot, not even warm. The wonton and dumplings tasted SOUR, I end up throw everything out.

Most bland chinese food I’ve ever had. There wasn’t enough soy sauce in the world to make that shrimp fried rice worth eating. The mongolian beef was a plate of onions with a little bit if meat. Where’s the beef?! Not to mention they were rude, pushy, and late with the delivery. And they had the nerve to assume there would be a involved. What a horrible experience. Overpriced, too. 1 star.

This place used to be really great especially years ago, but yesterday myself & some co-workers ordered in/delivery. It wasn’t our first choice but our fave doesn’t deliver! It was icy & cold out so we «settled». Very high prices, not that fresh & just ok. Their version of Mongolian Beef is quite different than what we expected. In the General Tso’s, the veggies were very scant & my co-worker said her Egg roll tasted old. I ordered General Tso chicken, «mild». It was just ok, sort of soggy. No sweet & sour sauce! The person who answered the phone when I called about it said they only served the sauce with Sweet & Sour chicken. She claimed all food was very fresh. She was a bit rude & didn’t seem to want to «make it right» sort of gal. Lack customer service. Seem uncaring to our needs. The sauce that was with my dish was just ok & again scanty. I wanted more of it but being in the dish probably made it even more soggy. I like more crispness. I paid $ 12.50 for lunch w/tip included for driver. A LOT of food yes but I think I won’t be back. None of us will out of 4. Good luck. They aren’t what they used to be. Oh, egg rolls very small & greasy. Lacking taste & specials. Not so great. Too pricy not to be great!

I was craving Chinese food at lunch but didn’t want to leave the office and this was the only restaurant near by that delivered. The other place I normally go to required $ 15 minimum, I wasn’t planning to order $ 15 worth of Chinese lol. Anyways, order came quickly but the food was not good, I took a few bites and chunked the rest, def. don’t recommend this place for Chinese, instead try Uncle Tong’s or Imperial Dragon, both in the same area.

I’ve been going to chef Lin’s for years, I love it. I call in my order and pick it up. It’s ready quick and it’s always fresh and yummy. I love her egg rolls and won tons. I’d recommend you give her a try!

Got the hunan beef delivered to my hotel. The fried rice was just colored rice. Nasty. Never again. Food had no taste. Avoid.

This Was our first time ordering here. The food was good and very hot when we got it. Of course it’s nothing like the Chinese places back in Florida but close enough. And it’s great they deliver.

Service: Non-existent. Found them through a local search near my hotel. Called for take-out. They answered on the 10th ring or so. Went to pick up the food and entered in a *deserted* restaurant. Waited for like 10 minutes saying«hello» like an idiot(I could hear talking in the back), and a woman came out with my order. Food: Worse than mediocre. I ordered orange shrimp, which came out to $ 14. What I got was a bunch of breaded shrimp rings(?)(they resemble frozen onion rings) and a container of «orange sauce» on the side. Not what I had envisioned, and sooooo not worth the money.

The only place that delivers to my house. Food arrives hot everytime, I would recommend you give them a try atleast once. I have ordered from them multiple times and have not had a bad experience yet. Big portions of food, great tasting, and friendly service.

This basic Chinese strip-mall restaurant is possibly a slight cut-above others in the neighborhood. I’ve only had one meal there so far, the twice-cooked pork, but it was better than I expected. It was just-right spicy without masking the flavorful sauce. The meat was not chewy, and had a good mixture of vegetables, including broccoli. The $ 6 lunch special included: Hot and Sour soup = good flavor, but could use a tad more vegetables Egg roll = small and average(i.e. not great, but not bad) Brown rice(sticky) = OK Fortune cookie = I liked what they had to say about me. How did they know? This is a sit-down, not buffet, restaurant, but with to-go and delivery service, too. The décor is basic, not new, not old, and with token Chinese decorations here and there. Of about 16 tables, 5 were occupied(other than my table). Music is low, which is good if you want to have conversations. Service was good, eager and cheerful. Menu has 26 lunch specials, and reduced prices(and quantity, I presume) for another 50 dishes. Dinner prices about $ 3 more than lunch. Lastly, if you are a late-night eater, there is a limited(18 dishes at $ 9.25) «midnight menu»(9:30pm-1:00 am). Overall, a good meal for a decent value.
