We ordered twice from this company and both times more than half of the order was not sent. With very limited time to pack and move, it makes things very difficult when the company does not send what you need. I would only recommend this company if you have time to contact them after each order to send what they did not include.

These guys are horrible! And their customer service is even worse! My husband and I are moving next weekend, and I emailed them a week ago about their box prices. I found then cheaper on U Haul’s website, and so I emailed them hoping they would honor their guarantee of the boxes being free if they aren’t the cheapest. It’s been a week now and I have heard NOTHING back from them, and when I try calling them I am forces to leave a voicemail! Seriously? You want me to leave a voicemail? So I just went to Lowe’s and bought the boxes. they were cheaper than U Haul anyway…

when i typed «cheap boxes» into google, cheap cheap moving boxes came up. i’ve used them twice now for moving supplies, and they really do have speedy (and free!) delivery. they have bundle packages for various moving supplies, or you can simply create your own, which is what i usually do. although the boxes don’t seem that durable, they’re doable. my only other complaint is that their customer service is kindof difficult to get ahold of — they have live chat and their phone number on their website, but the live chat window doesn’t seem to work (it completely disappears after you submit your message), and whenever i call customer service i always get sent to voicemail. other than that, they’re good for moving supplies.
