Every time I come to this Chase every single teller is just super nice. It’s the closest Chase to my house and I’m really happy about it. Keep up the great work guys, you all rock. :)

I came, I went to teller, I left.
Easy as that. But obviously that was my one time experience I was here. Your experience may vary.
Only one teller when I came in, but as soon as I waited in line, another one showed up and helped me. I just needed to cash a money order and the whole process took less than two minutes. He was a very friendly teller too!
No complaints from me.

Chase, especially this one has become the Home Depot of banks. No one seems to work here and the business bankers take more time off than anyone. I will be closing my business account here. Just terrible.

Extremely Disappointed and Dissatisfied with the service presented to me today. I was refused to make a deposit through a teller but forced to make it through an ATM, a Second time actually after I specifically expressed interest in doing it through a teller. With that condescending tone presented to me, I will not be returning to this branch.

Here waiting on the banker with a friend. She needs to close her account since she is leaving the country. The manager was helping her and suggest her to have the money in check instead of cash. She was making a phone call to her personal bank at another location. The manager said he will help another customer first. After she made the phone call. We couldn’t find the manager and other banker said he left without telling us! What kind of service is this?! So another banker wants us to wait for another 30 mins since she is helping another customer. Chase is a huge bank! This kind of service is unacceptable! Not to mention the guy is the branch manager!

This branch had good management and most of the time the are willing to go an extra mile to help you as a client. Been a client since 2010 and has been quite an adventure but so far over all I’m happy with their service and products

Made an appointment with Anthony at 4:30, when I got there, I’ve been informed he is with a client and is just wrapping up. 10 min later he informed me that its gonna take him about an hour to see me!!! He even mentioned that his duty is over at 5 but he will make an exception for me!!! This is when I got really upset, and he told me, go to another branch!!! OMG…
Teller ppl are usually ok but business banking personnel, forget it.

Quick Tips: Slloowww service. They said they would be right with us — after 10 minutes we just ended up leaving the branch. It also wasn’t packed, I saw ONE other customer in the store.
And I knoowww good Chase service, because I LOVE my Chase branch on Alabama near Kirby. They are always prompt and super friendly.

Nice Building… Where were the employee’s though? TOOK FOREVER TO GET SOMETHING NOTARIZED, AND THEN THE GUY WAS LESS THAN FRIENDLY ABOUT IT.
