Champion Tire & Auto

I’ve been to Champion’s several times and always received great customer service. This last visit was no exception. I had an issue with my car overheating and after it was fixed, noticed a «knocking» noise on the driver’s side. I had to go back a couple of times until it was finally resolved, but each time was greeted with great customer service from Oscar and Jeff (Service Managers). In the end I left a satisfied customer once again.

This is a very late review but it’s a long time coming. I really thought that going in I’d have a pleasant experience, especially with the fact that they give you a friendly smile and even provide a free shuttle service but just like any typical auto maintenance place, they want you to just spend money. I went in to get an alignment and they wound up telling me I had to pay for a rack and pinion which cost more than $ 1000. I’m partly to blame for not doing all my research but when I told Jeff that I was not so sure if I wanted to make such a big payment, he talked me into it by saying he could work out a deal; he tried giving me a deal by throwing in the alignment for free if we agreed on letting them work on my car that same day. But the car was still shaking!!! Then he told me that it’d probably be because I didn’t ask to get my tire’s balanced which Discount Tire Co. would do for free!!! To top things off, I found that I was missing some money from my secret compartment in my vehicle. Suffice it to say, I will NEVER be coming to this place ever again. Your experience may be different if you go but make sure they don’t talk you into something you are hesitant to do in the first place, just cause they’ll work out a deal.

Very good service. Had all of my Rods underneath my truck replaced and shocks replaced. Fast service and clean waiting room.

Great place to get some tires. Good prices and quick service. They have a very friendly staff, and a clean, nice waiting area.
