Cellular Sales, Verizon Wireless Authorized Retailer

It is cellular sales, a third party seller. It is NOT a Verizon store. Be careful with their hidden price. A 16 gb iPhone 6 is charged for $ 765 base and $ 830 including tax. In apple store it is $ 645 base. The clerk cannot explain why it is $ 120 more expensive. Keeps brushing us off with saying like handling and shipping fees. Who the hell pays shipping fee when buying in a store?! AND, you cannot return it to a Verizon store because it was bought from a third party seller! SO, STAY AWAY from them if you don’t want to be fooled by motherfuckers.

Efficient service but not a warm and fuzzy way to make a customer feel like she is a criminal because we can’t locate password for a family plan (four of us are on the plan).
We won’t return to this location. Sometimes Verizon folks think they are doing the customer a favor just by doing their job. But alas, there will be no «undercover boss» to see how reps really treat customers. Plenty of qualified people need a job. Rude employees are not that difficult to replace.
After an incredibly nasty and rude customer service encounter at the 8401 Westheimer Rd Houston Verizon (authorized retail dealer) a couple of hours ago, we got first-​class service at this corporate store across from Royal Oaks – 11 700 Westheimer Road. James Vaughn, Verizon Specialist, exemplifies totally awesome customer service in helping us upgrade to the new iPhone 6 Plus as well as explain available payment options!
So even in 2015, you really can get excellent customer service from a mega corporation such as Verizon.
Lesson to be learned: Don’t purchase or upgrade your phone at a retail dealer, such as 8401 Westheimer Rd, where they don’t care if you do business with them or not. Make sure you are selecting a Verizon corporate store. They will treat you right!!!

My experience at this store was amazing. The attention to detail was phenomenal. Garth helped my family put a lot with and up grade. I recommend him for any of ur needs.

Okay so I am giving them another two stars cuz they promptly responded to my review and asked me however they could rectify my dissatisfaction and earn my business.
Issue isn’t management I believe, just proper implementation of customer service through the sales team. Will give them one more shot since this location is so much closer to me than Kirkwood.

Great location! Walked in expecting to just inquire and be frustrated with my situation but I dealt with Jaime and he was so nice and extremely helpful!
Got everything done that I needed to do and more. Walked out very happy :)

I love the customer service at Verizon. You never hear stories about rude or unhelpful service from Verizon customers :)
I went in yesterday because I was due for an upgrade. Or so I thought? As soon as we walked in, we were greeted kindly and ‘someone would be right with us’. Jessica Gonzalez (I got her business card before we left) helped me. I told her that I was undecided between two phones and that I just wanted to play around with them before I chose. She informed me that my upgrade was really at the end of them onth (though I could’ve sworn I remember being told the 16^th of July) but, she had actually changed the date of the upgrade so I could get it that day, if I’d wanted. Very sweet!
We messed around with a few other phones while we were there, and other employees asked us if we needed help.
Everyone is really polite!
