I waited for over 2 hours and had to reschedule for next week because I had dinner plans. Apparently they don’t have a hygienist now, and the dentist is doing all the cleanings and exams. Why in the world would they schedule so many appointments? There were 2 people waiting ahead of me. So it was going to be at least another hour wait. Ridiculous. This is not a way to do business or service. I will get my cleaning next week since I already paid for it, and then I will promptly find a new dentist. Bye bye!

The office staff were attentive and professional, especially dealing with my terrible dental insurance, but the doctor I saw was awful. I went in with high sensitivity to a single tooth. Nothing showed up on the xray, but the doc only took a cursory glance at it before pushing HARD for a root canal/potential extraction. I had to ask strongly for her to even examine my mouth, had to beg her to test my teeth to isolate the troublemaker, and when she was done she gave me a desensitizing treatment that felt like a railroad spike getting jammed into my skull. Went to another dentist and got treatment for an abrasion to the tooth. No root canal needed, and my perfect dental record still intact. I will not be going back there, and neither should you.
