Castle Dental

They don’t return calls very often. 1 out of 3 calls were returned.
They left cement between my teeth after putting in a permanent crown. The temporary crown was painful.
The chairs are uncomfortable.
You have to ask to rinse. Rinsing is a luxury to them, I guess.
The recent visits (first timer) to Castle Dental was a little better than my first root canal. The temporary crown did stay in though. I was happy about that. This permanent crown doesn’t feel like the other teeth as far as shape. I can’t floss between the crown and the next tooth. I thought the cement would eventually fall out, but I’m beginning to think that it won’t.
They do not go over the xrays at all. As a matter of fact, it feels like they are hiding them. The monitor is just beyond reach and view.

This place is horrible. They make you wait for long periods of time. Had a root canal done, and I waited so long for them to come back in the room that the local anesthetic had already started to wear off, that when she started to drill I felt everything and the Asian dentist had to give me more anesthetic. My temporary crown also fell off, the older Caucasian lady with glasses who is a dental assistant did not put it in the right way, doesn’t seem very knowledge. Also, when my permanent crown got put in, it also fell off two days later! After they put it in, I’m never going back to this place again. They are very unprofessional and just wants to get you in an out. I suggest going to a different dental place. Stay away from here!

My first visit here I thought I would never go back but my insurance had me assigned so I thought I would give them a second chance just in case… Well second time was worse and yes the receptionist is not nice! They are not friendly at all, it’s trashy and a scam! They overbook as I went in this time for a cleaning only and they tried to perform more X-​rays which were more than I’ve ever had in my life just 6 mo prior.
When I turned them down they did a visual exam and wanted one X-​ray of a tooth and then told me I missed my cleaning? What? My sole purpose was a cleaning not X-​rays and not necessarily an exam! Total loss of my time on visits here as the tooth they want to fill has been a shadow since my early thirties! Ridiculous care, unfriendly front personnel and trashy offices! Don’t go!

Lady in the front doesn’t really give a damn about anything. Might as well be talking to a robot. I gave her two insurance cards and she said she could only verify one of them… meaning she didn’t want to verify them both. She couldn’t take 5 mins to verify the 2^nd even though it would have saved me hundreds of dollars. Who cares right? Its not coming out of her pocket so she doesn’t care. I left.
