Horrible, horrible customer service. I usually like to come to this Carters because it is near my home and the clothing and shoe selection is good, recently, their staff have become inattentive, careless, and just plain rude. I will take my business elsewhere and shop at other children’s boutiques. I am so disappointed that someone so mean could work at a place where many parents shop with their children.

This is my go to Carter’s store for my kiddos clothes! I love their selection and the staff is friendly without being overbearing. After my experience at the Carter’s on Post Oak, I will be sticking to the Town & Country location from here on.

My wife is addicted to this store. We just had a baby boy (Joshua) and I bet when the ladies at the store read this, they will know who I am. Why? Because the employee’s are very nice and they care about you and your baby. They keep the store clean and organized and new sale signs going up constantly. We look for good prices and quality items and this is where we always end up shopping.

Nice store with a decent selection of clothes at good prices. The clothing is generally good quality. I go there mostly for the sleepers, especially the ones that zip up the front. This store is smaller than the one at Katy Mills Mall, but the prices are the same, even though the one at Katy Mills is supposedly an outlet. I happened to go to Sam’s Club on the same day, and I noticed that the prices are less at Carter’s than at Sam’s for identical items.
Every time you make a purchase, they give you a 20% off coupon for the following month. They also have sales most of the time, 40 to 50% off is not uncommon. They were busy the day I was there, but there were employees chatting with each other, and no one offerred assistance. The girl at the register was almost pleasant. I wasn’t impressed with the service, but I’d go back for the great deals on children’s clothes.
